Très bien situé en plein centre de Luchon, très tranquille en fin janvier. Réception un peu decentree au 1er étage, cela fait un peu bizarre à l'arrivée. Le studio/kitchenette est bien amenage, même si une petit séparation est toujours bienvenue entre l'endroit à dormir/salon et la kitchenette. Passé un très bon séjour

Rien à dire, l'attention, propreté, qualité, tout y était. Les chambres étaient très confortables l'isolation semble être très bonne car il suffisait de chauffer un peu dans la journée pour être au chaud la nuit.
Attention pour l'accès au parking, avec une 508 l'entrée se fait de justesse quand la place à l'extérieur devant le portail est occupé, nous avions une voiture blanche qui s'est garé trop au delà de sa ligne, du coup on a du faire plusieurs manouvres pour entrer.
L'hiver faut être très attentif car la voiture perdait toute adhérence à la montée du parking vers la sortie du bâtiment B, lorsqu'il avait un peu de verglas ou neige, le sel étalé n'aidait pas forcement, mais rien de insurmontable pour les expérimentés. Nous avons vu certains avec des voitures familiales galérer un peu.

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement pour 5 personnes. Le logement est propre et très correct, bien équipé et avec des rangements suffisants. Deux bémols, nous étions 5 et nous avons manqué d'eau chaude le soir et le canapé lit du salon est très inconfortable. A part ça, top et surtout très bien situé.

En plein centre ville , 10mn du télécabine chaussures de skis aux pieds. Vu le prix franchement c’est top. C’est propre, bien entretenu alors oui c’est pas du luxe ou un peu vétuste mais cohérent avec les prix. En plus on a pu emmener notre cocker donc la famille était au complet.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, la résidence est parfaitement placée à Luchon, en plein centre ville , proche des Thermes et à côté des oeufs pour monter à la station. Le parking est un vrai confort. En revanche gros bémol sur le lit qui aurait pu convenir pour un lit d'appoint pour des enfants mais un petit lit gigogne pour 2 adultes en seul lit pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits est vraiment trop juste. Nous doutons malheuresement d'y revenir à cause de ce point, dommage.
