Credit to Trip.com sorting this out for me, I'm happy with their service but use this hotel at your peril.
The hotel is unattended. You are supposed to receive an email or SMS, or something, with an entry code and your room number. I didn't receive this (and yes I checked, double and triple checked - spam folders, and so on). After all there wasn't much else to do sitting in the hotel lobby trying to find out how to get my room. They leave a mobile number to call - I called, it went to voice mail. I called again, nothing. After a while I had to book another hotel nearby.
It looks okay from the outside, location is next to the airport, convenient for the NEC, quiet location I think.
Trip.com refunded the costs after trying to contact the hotel. I So, use this hotel with care. If for any reason you don't get a message you'll not be able to get in, and from my experience no way to speak to anyone to get help.
