Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

We stayed three nights in the Cozy Suite and this part of our ten-day holiday in the hills were the best. Spacious, tastefully decorated and with a nice bathroom and convenient kitchenette, it felt right at home. This suite has the best view of the other side of Kalimpong and one can just sit on the balcony and chill. The whole property is built on levels, filled with potted flowers and one can potter around the property and engage with the lovely dogs and cats. The complimentary breakfasts are delicious and the staff and owner so welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Pradeep, Mary and Maurice for making us feel like we belonged there. I had visited the Lataguri region with my friends between 21st and 25th Dec 2023. During this time I had stayed in the Reserve Gorumara in their duplex and super deluxe rooms. This is one of the best stays that I had in my life. The hotel is very well maintained and from location perspective you travel to any of the major forests in the region (Gorumara and Jaldapara). The staff is extremely courteous and caters to any request that you make with a smile. Room service is excellent and prompt. The toiletries provided were high quality and plenty. The food is awesome and service is prompt. We even had a bonfire and barbeque arranged by the hotel and it was a great experienxe with great food. The Reserve Gorumara can easily compare their services to any 4 or 5 star hotel. Me and my frie da are really happy with our stay. Special callout to housekeeping staff Manisankar Barman who went the extra way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The manager is very courteous and very helpful.

One of the old property of Kalimpong but we'll maintained, clean, hygiened and excellent customer service Food quality was good Hotel premises is not maintained and it does not match with Garden reach I stayed for 1 night only and I was not having that much of time to enjoy property But, room was well maintained and I must say old is gold, as the old property competing modern hotels of peer group

Special vows were made - amidst the gorgeous smell of the fresh environment, the beautiful sun shining on the lawn, happy friends and joyful family, with mouth watering food when needed. The charcoal was burnt and the vermilion spared, we became together forever. Well, this was the sensory experience of our wedding at this special place. We would like to thank the ***agement - Sanjoy Karak, Sunil Acharya, Somenath Das and all the other staff members who made the experience very special; outstanding service. Key points to note: 1. Magnificent location - Very well connected to the nearest airport and railway station; the property is secluded with lot of open area surrounded by majestic views. 2. Room Service and Overall staff quality - Outstanding, patient, cordial and professional. 3. Price - too good considering what is offered, especially if you are considering a destination wedding.

We were here on a stopover at Siliguri and simply loved the place. What strikes you immediately is the quiet in the hotel. It has a feeling of calm. The rooms are spacious, housekeeping good, staff efficient and the food tasty. No need to go outside looking for eating places, the Chef is more than willing to prepare a meal that suits your taste buds. There is a small super market next door (if you require something in an emergency), and you are a short auto ride away from Hong Kong market. Would definitely recommend that you stay at this hotel.
