Everything was very good! Mesmerizing landscapes. Excellent staff who work as hard as possible to please hotel guests.
The only thing that upset me was the double bed, which instead of one mattress had two separate mattresses. In such cases, there is a “hole” in the bed between these mattresses.

I don’t know if words are enough to describe my stay at Dream Cliff Mountain Resort. It was 100% a wonderful stay! From service, to location, to food everything was on point. I think it was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always ensuring our stay was absolutely pleasant which I have not experienced in any other hotel. Food was really really yum and the portion sizes were so filling. For each meal I was extremely full that I could go into a food coma. Thinking about it makes me hungry. The rooms were very comfortable and each room had a beautiful view of the mountains and lakes for miles and miles. It’s definitely the place to getaway from the hustle and bustle, for peace and tranquility. I hope I get the opportunity to return Dream Cliff Mountain Resort again and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

A place that I will always recommend if visiting you are visiting Haputale. An amazing place with the best service. The food, the staff, nature and ambiance is perfect!! One of the best vacations and I will be returning. The best place to visit if you are looking to relax☺️

Wir waren als Familie zwei Nächte hier und waren vom freundlichen Personal sehr angetan. Die Lage bietet traumhafte Ausblicke über die Berge. Die Preise für Essen und Getränke sind äußerst fair und die Qualität hervorragend. Ausnahmslos alle des Personals sind sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Selbst die Baustelle, weil die Anlage um ein paar Häuschen erweitert wird, stört überhaupt nicht. Unsere Weiterfahrt, sowie einen Ausflug haben wir vom Resort organisieren lassen .

Wow! How beautiful the scenery is. The rooms are second to none and the staff were truely amazing. Food was really amazing. Pool area was quiet and relaxed. The restaurant food was so good it was hard to pick a favourite, but I will always love the traditional Sri Lankan curries. The staff were so nice and friendly, we felt so happy and relaxed. The resort also arranged our transportation to our next destination. So unique, and a really bucket list TICK. Thank you to such a special place on earth.

We won't soon forget the outward journey. We saw the clouds rolling down from the mountains, suddenly it began to rain very hard and it became very dark. Then we were not yet at our destination ... We were allowed to participate in the ritual again, see photo. We liked our bee house. When we awoke the next day it was whaawh, what a view and what a beautiful weather. Breakfast was served on the first floor. Again we could choose between a western or sri lankan breakfast. We explored a bit more before starting our excursion.

Wonderful hideaway place where dreams become reality! Perfect in all regards (location, room, restaurant, service). Would recomend this hotel for 2-4 nights as a good starting point for (half) day-trips in the beautiful surroundings.

This hotel is out of this world and truly a paradise. Everything is just right here and it couldn't be more beautiful! The houses are beautifully decorated, the view is priceless and all the staff are simply magical. Friendly, attentive and always trying hard. Pictures can only begin to capture this place, it was perfect. Thank you for everything!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The view The view is superb, including from the bungalows The rooms The idea of the isolated beehive-shaped bungalows is good in principle. On the other hand, little or no insulation between the bedroom part and the bathroom/toilet part….hello privacy. The decoration of the rooms is sorely lacking in taste... but it is indeed a matter of taste. The service The staff is very nice and welcoming but not at the expected level for the price paid. In addition, we asked the hotel to reserve train tickets for us for a 2nd class reserved seats trip. They charged us an indecent amount for the service provided and we did not obtain the tickets requested. Which left us with the unpleasant feeling of having been cheated. Low quality and tasteless restaurant and breakfast food. Meat is often overcooked. Overall, the price asked for this hotel is far too high for the level of service provided. We had the opportunity to stay in much better quality hotels for much less money in Sri Lanka. I do not recommend this hotel. Disappointing value for money.
