We stayed for my child b'day. The service of the hotel staff ( especially Mr Pravin)was very supportive and very nice. He is very caring and drinks ( cocktail) he served was very wonderful. His nature is very nice with good gesture. Food quality of this hotel is very tasty.

Luxurious hotel with well behaved staff, they we’re always readily accessible for any needs, the food was exceptional, they take special care of children and their food needs, specific food was provided for the babies,the hotel is located on a very beautiful hills, the view was pretty and fresh, will recommend must visiting the hotel if in Sri Lanka

We stayed for one night in this very nice hotel, with very enjoyable food (we had both dinner and breakfast buffet). Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom. The only flaw was the bad WiFi connection in the room. Still, highly recommended

We had an amazing experience here. From the booking process onwards, the team at Blackpool was extremely accommodating and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay here a memorable one. Their entire team of staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. The chef and his team went out of their way to provide us with a wide variety of delicious food. Our suite had a beautiful view and was very comfortable and clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Happy to say we will definitely be coming back for more.

Amazing service. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and extremely attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was great too. Fresh and full of variety. The suite was clean and comfortable. The team here made our stay with them a truly memorable one. Happy to say, we will be returning for more.

Amazing staff - really felt welcome. The staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Food was amazing. Location was great at its on the way to worlds end and other local attractions like the Abewala farm (we love farms) and the numerous strawberry farms around.

Best hotel with best view of nuwara eliya. Food taste too good. Staff is very polite and co operative. Very neat and clean big rooms with great in room service with heater too for cold weather. Nice location between the tea gardens. Thank you.
