Overpriced!
1. There is no air conditioning, the room is very humid, and the bed is cold and wet.
2. Zhengzheng Hotel Construction: Knocking on the door of the room early in the morning
3. The room is not very soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road. There is also a traffic jam from the reception to the room. Various tuk tuks pass by outside the room, and the roar of horns and engines is very noisy.
4. Except for check-in and check-out, there is no service during the period.

Our visit to this spa was hands down the best spa experience we’ve ever had. The two ladies who provided our treatments were incredibly professional, skilled, and genuinely lovely. The massages were beyond exceptional—the best we’ve ever experienced—and left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The atmosphere was so serene and inviting that we didn’t want to leave. We walked out feeling refreshed and renewed, and we couldn’t be more impressed by the hard work and expertise of the staff. While we regret not remembering their names, their dedication and talent won’t be forgotten. We highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a truly outstanding and relaxing experience!

Beautifully presented hotel overlooking a tea estate, the Ella Gap and Mini Adams Peak. This was luxurious experience with rooms having stunning views. As the chalet rooms are set in the steep hillside buggy carts are available to ferry you to the reception, gorgeous restaurant or to your room. This place is immaculate whilst maintaining a real identity with Ella and Sri Lanka

All Staff were delightful. The reception staff were so helpful. The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The man who took us out early morning for the hike up Adam’s Peak was informative. Despite the Nov weather, we had a wonderful time at 98Acres. We especially loved the fact that it restaurant was not a buffet dinner. It was just lovely to sit at a table, make food choices and be served with absolutely delicious food. Rooms were large (we were in 111) with a spectacular view down the valley. Great location for walking Adam’s Peak, the 9 Arch bridge and the zip wire. Loved our two night stay. Thank you

The views over the valley from this property are stunning. We had a premium deluxe room which, for some reason (probably from the photographs on the hotel website) we thought would be in a building of it’s own but it was in a block of 4 rooms - two up, two down. We were on the lower floor and discovered that soundproofing between the floors was not good as we were woken just after 5am on the first morning by the people above walking backwards and forwards and moving furniture. If booking one of these rooms, I suggest you ask for one on the upper floor. Grumbles over, everything else was perfect - our room was very comfortable, the food was good and the staff all friendly and helpful.

Absolutely incredible! The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Made our honeymoon very special! Beautiful room view, lovely hotel, wonderful and kind and welcoming staff. Couldn’t be better and we don’t want to leave! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay :)
