巴東東聖九州大酒店地理位置絕佳，麪江房可以看到巴東長江大橋。前台服務滿意，客房條件總體不錯，入住體驗舒適。可能因為房費不高，自助早餐總體較差。首先服務人員服務意識不到位。感覺不像受過培訓的。其次餐食種類單一，沒啥可吃的。自助餐擺放混亂，水果區域有橙子涼薯，還有一碗油湯牛肉？因為是涼的，不知道擺放在那就是幹什麼的。巴東屬於湖北地界，能吃上一碗熱乾麪有點意外，也算是驚喜吧。

不好意思，我從來沒有打過這麼低的分。既然是標四星（鑽）的酒店，四星的收費，就不能用3星的標準來接待顧客（某些方面還不如二星），早餐就是接待旅行團的水準。整體服務不佳。如，衞生間淋浴水溢出，服務員怪我們水開得太大了，地沒拖幹就走了；退房時我跟前台反映，塑料袋中的“消毒”拖鞋臭氣熏天，前台説是消毒過的味道，哎，我活了這麼大，連臭腳丫的氣味還聞不出嗎？……
應該承認酒店的江景房還是很不錯的。

酒店設施有點老舊。
酒店位置很棒，直對長江。停車場也很大，進出城市很方便。在巴東住宿，這是首選。
