The room was awfull ! Problem with heat and with doors (smal entry doors if u choose lowest price ). The personal was amabile and kind. The problem was with the administrator of the hotel because he was verry stubbern . In our demands he just said ok and took hours to resolve problems ! The stars take only food and personal !!

Ottimo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Belle camere, grandi , alcune con vista magnifica sul Sasso della Croce. Buona l'accoglienza e la disponibilità, eccezionale il signor Carl con i suoi esperti consigli sulle escursioni. Bella , grande e ben curata la zona benessere anche con piscina. Senza dubbio il top lo si raggiunge con la cucina, cibo ottimo e di qualità, colazioni molto varie, adatte a qualsiasi esigenza, idem le cene, una sera arricchita con aperitivo, un'altra con i piatti tipici ladini. Con noi c'era una persona con alcune intolleranze, non ha avuto problemi perchè la cameriera Speranza si è prodigata con una attenzione particolare su tutti i cibi compreso l'aperitivo . Torneremo volentieri

Sehr liebevoll gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel, sehr gastfreundliche und freundschaftliche Wirte, tolles Essen und ein sehr schöner Spa-Bereich mit Schwimmbad und wohltuender Massage bei Rosie in einer idyllischen Region. Unsere Abende abgerundet haben Besuche in der Bar bei Andrea, der mit seiner Kreativität und Leidenschaft beim Cocktails mixen jeden ausgefallenen Wunsch von uns erfüllt hat.

Super friendly staff. Really great team. Clean and well appointed hotel. Our bathroom was spotless. Fantastic shower. Great beds / bedding. Good food! We had some lovely local wines too. Breakfast was varied and delightful. A very good hotel!

Camera bella, ampia e pulita, con splendida vista su La Crusc. Personale efficiente e attento alle esigenze della bambina. Strudel con gelato delizioso. Nell’unico giorno di pioggia ci siamo divertiti e rilassati in piscina. Bellissima Val Badia!

Hotel molto valido. Personale super disponibile e cordiale, dal proprietario a tutto quello di sala. Cibo davvero ottimo. Piscina con giusta temperatura. Vista incantevole sul Sasso della croce. La struttura organizza escursioni giornaliere di cui lascia il dettaglio a cena. Ci ritorneremo.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti presso l'hotel Serena a metà marzo per una vacanza sugli sci. Staff molto professionale e gentile, ottima cucina e servizi, specie la piscina coperta molto grande e il centro benessere. Vivamente consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza di sport e relax tra le cime dell'Alta Badia!

Un hotel nella media per un tre stelle in Alto Adige ma esageratamente costoso in alta stagione per il tipo di proposta. Personale gentile e disponibile, ma struttura da rivedere perché ormai riporta i segni del tempo e dei gusti.
