This is the largest space hotel I have stayed in Europe. I really left a very good impression in this beautiful town of Baden-Baden. The hotels that arrived at 6 in the morning are all early check-in. The corridor provides fruits and bread all day. It is convenient to walk everywhere. Very chaotic, staff don't know the correct procedures among themselves... despite booking for three days, I was asked to vacate the room several times. They kept making excuses and then I was asked to leave the room again. Asked for my room number 4 times at breakfast by different staff. Bathroom cleanliness satisfactory. Garage reservation a disaster... entry card works... have to pay €25.00 for reserved parking space, which is ultimately occupied and despite having an entry card you have to ring the bell so that the barrier opens. All in all, the stay was poor... finally, in the evening, I had to listen to complaints from several guests at the bar, which ultimately confirmed my experience!
