Very chaotic, staff don't know the correct procedures among themselves... despite booking for three days, I was asked to vacate the room several times. They kept making excuses and then I was asked to leave the room again. Asked for my room number 4 times at breakfast by different staff. Bathroom cleanliness satisfactory. Garage reservation a disaster... entry card works... have to pay €25.00 for reserved parking space, which is ultimately occupied and despite having an entry card you have to ring the bell so that the barrier opens. All in all, the stay was poor... finally, in the evening, I had to listen to complaints from several guests at the bar, which ultimately confirmed my experience!

Amazing stay. We are regular travellers and by far the best hotel we have stayed in. 2nd floor had all the brand new rooms so that was lovely. Shame the swimming pool etc wasn’t open but all part of improving the hotel. Only thing I would say is the best are 2 singles out together which is fine but one big duvet would be better then X2 small ones.

The restaurant was very good.. Clean Spa area.. nice and attentionful staff! Had nothing to challenge except that there was an event that we had no information about because we have booked too spontaneously! Therefore it was until late to the night party! Every time again..

The waiter at Check in was very welcoming and the room was clean but small. Breakfast is too simple, very general, there are not many types of choices, especially in Germany, there is nothing delicious, and then simple... Location, walking to the city center for10-15 minutes, not particularly convenient, but it's okay.

However, our room was on the 3rd floor of the opposite building. There was no elevator. There was a waiter in Haocai to carry our luggage to the room. The room layout is retro and meticulous, and there is a jacuzzi in the bathroom; It is best to have air conditioning. It is very convenient to reach attractions, restaurants and shops within ten minutes walk. The breakfast is plentiful and impressive whether you enjoy breakfast in the restaurant or in the outdoor garden. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, sincerely recommend!

This is the largest space hotel I have stayed in Europe. I really left a very good impression in this beautiful town of Baden-Baden. The hotels that arrived at 6 in the morning are all early check-in. The corridor provides fruits and bread all day. It is convenient to walk everywhere. Although it is on the roadside, it is not noisy at all.

Like a house in a fairy tale, everything is retro, there are hotels of the age and history, the elevator is small, and the two big ones are very crowded. There are not many breakfast options, but the croissant here is the best I have ever eaten. It is crispy and tender, not oily or greasy, super invincible and delicious. I have been back to China for half a month, or I am thinking of the croissant here. . The parking fee is very expensive, ten or twenty euros ~ you can find cheap parking nearby

The location is great, the church and the mountains in the distance can be seen on the balcony, the city is small but very beautiful and clean, the hotel garden is very beautiful. I planted a variety of flowers, tea, coffee, and order in the garden. There is a small river next to the garden. The service is very good and warm, and it is definitely the best hotel.
