Het hotel is schitterend gelegen in de wijnvelden. De omgeving is rustig en de uitzichten zijn prachtig. Het personeel is supervriendelijk, attent en zorgzaam. De kamers zijn schoon, de bedden liggen lekker. Voor de hete dagen is er airconditioning. De badkamers keurig en modern. Er zijn fijne verzorgingsproducten. We komen hier al jaren en komen er graag nog vele!

well managed property out in a village with beautiful surroundings. restaurant is excellent. breakfast very good. staff always helpful and pleasant in all areas of the hotel and restaurant. front desk staff especially helpful for recommended activities and directions. baden-baden downtown is about 15 minutes by car. in-house sauna is excellent with little plunge pool. only open 4-9pm so takes some planning. good hiking trails all around the property. first floor room has enclosed balcony for privacy but higher floors have views which are very nice.

We returned to this Hotel after about 8 years and found it just as we had remembered it. The room is comfortable with everything you need - we had a small balcony overlooking the vineyards. The attention to detail is excellent, the bed very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. We ate in the hotel restaurant and were delighted with the food and service. Luckily we could eat outside. Breakfast is perfect too.

Etablissement sans reproche, personnel agréable, service et restaurant excellent. Mention speciale à la reception (Frau Beck) toujours disponible, avenante et souriante. Nous y avons fêté mon anniversaire et les attentions du personnel ont été nombreuses.

Personnel très arrangeant suite à notre arrivée tardive. Chambres très propres et fonctionnelles décorées avec goût à notre avis. Très bon repas. Excellente impression, nous gardons l'adresse. Personnellement je ne met jamais 5 mais 4.5 serait la note correcte pour la catégorie de cet hôtel.

We waren vaker in dit hotel en het personeel kent ons inmiddels. Ze zijn allemaal bijzonder vriendelijk (ook als je voor het eerst komt :-) ) en behulpzaam. De kamers blijven prima en schoon en goed onderhouden. Lekker met balkon en uitzocht op de wijnbergen en de rijnvallei. Het hotel is rustig, het ontbijt is uitgebreid en wordt goed bijgehouden.

Ein Kunde aus Baden-Baden hat dieses Hotel für einen Teamworkshop ausgesucht. Die Lage in einem Wohngebiet am Rande des Panormaweges und der Weinberge. Mein Zimmer im 2. OG war ausreichend groß und in einem modernen aber auch gemütlichen Ambiente mit Balkon zu den Weinbergen ausgestattet. Ein schönes Bad mit Eckdusche. Zur Begrüßung Quellwasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Tagungsräume sind im Kellergeschoss. Meines war großzügig mit Zugang zum Garten. Sehr angenehm. Sehr gute Verpflegung während des Workshops. Ausgezeichnetes Essen am Mittag. Obwohl mein Kunde leider nichts weiter gegeben hatte, konnte sich das Haus sehr schnell auf meine Gluten- und Milcheiweissunverträglichkeit einstellen. Vielen DANK nochmals dafür. Am Vorabend habe ich im Restaurant des Hauses sehr gut gegessen: Romanescu-Gemüse gebacken mit Thaicurry und Reis. Zum Nachtisch Rhabarba-Holunder-Sorbet. Und einen sehr guten Grauburgunder. Der Service sowohl im Restaurant, im Empfangsbereich, beim Frühstück und während der Tagung sehr aufmerksam. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
