Friendly staff, spacious rooms and good public transport connections

There is a parking lot opposite the hotel, where you can park for free. I don't know why the hotel's heating is not working well. The hotel only provides a thin blanket. It's as cold as sleeping in an ice cave at night, but the next morning the heating is turned up to full, and I sweat even when wearing a vest... It's really ridiculous. The next morning I reported the lack of heating last night to the waiter, but the waiter didn't give any explanation or expression.

Excellent hotel, with good breakfast, well ventilated and spacious room and bathroom. Peasoal very friendly and attentive. There was no air conditioning in the room. Lucky it was fresh.

Frühstück: kein Obst, nur ein Kaffeeautomat.(Warteschlange) Zimmer: Föhn defekt, Fenster ausgehängt nicht zu benutzen, Schranktür ließ sich nicht öffnen!!! Putzfrau ging ins Zimmer/Bad obwohl Schild an Tür..."BITTE NICHT STÖREN! "

Beautiful, traditional building. Rooms quite small, spotlessly clean with a very nice and comfortable mattress but very strange, huge pillows that at least I didn't like at all. There is no chair but only a small stool. To go up to the rooms there are only stairs which makes it difficult the transportation of the luggage. The breakfast relatively poor and coffee you have to order from the very helpful employee so you think about a second order. The area is quiet, peaceful and safe but it is quite to far from the center which is served by many buses (tickets 3 ,10€).Good offer especially if you have your own car.

Wir haben für ein schönes Wochenende ein Zimmer gebucht über Check24. Wir waren vor Ort und das Personal meinte er sieht keine Buchung auf unseren Namen. Für ihn war das Gespräch schon erledigt und wollte uns wegschicken. Auf unser Verlangen hat er mit seinem Vorgesetzten telefoniert, was aber auch nichts brachte. Wir haben erläutert, dass wir eine Übernachtung brauchen und er doch für uns eine Alternative organisieren soll. Ein Zimmer hat er gefunden, das aber doppelt so viel kostete. Auch die zusätzlichen Kosten wollte das Hotel aus Kulanz nicht übernehmen. Am Schluss mussten wir selbst mit dem "Chef" telefonieren. Er teilte mir mit, dass ja jeder behaupten kann, er habe über Online Portale Zimmer gebucht (wir hatten eine Bestätigung). Es war alles ohne Erfolg und wir gingen fort. Unser schönes Wochenende wurde zum Alptraum. Check24 war jedoch super kulant und hat für uns ein anderes Zimmer organisiert, das sogar mehr kostete. So muss Dienstleistung sein. Tage später hat uns jemand angerufen und meinte er/sie sei die Geschäftsführung und würde das sofort klären und sich bei uns wieder melden um das ganze wieder gut zu machen. Leider kam nach ca. 2 Wochen kein Anruf mehr. Wie das Hotel ist, kann ich euch nicht sagen, jedoch ist das Personal und die Leitung nicht kompetent. Einen Gast, der ein Zimmer gebucht hat, kann man nicht einfach wegschicken. Es muss eine alternative Lösung gefunden und manchmal auch aus Kulanz Leistungen erbracht werden. Überlegt es euch ganz gut, wenn euch für dieses Hotel entscheidet.

Small Boutique hotel in a quiet area of ​​Baden-Baden with a reasonably good private parking space across the road from the hotel. Excellent reception, but unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to lack of staff. Excellent room, not very large, with a small but neat bathroom. Many restaurants within walking distance (20 minutes) in the city center. An excellent buffet breakfast before our departure.

Charming boutique hotel with a particularly friendly team. Many of the rooms in the hotel or guest house next door have been renovated and have particularly beautiful bathrooms. The furnishings are timelessly modern. The very good breakfast with fresh, very good products is particularly noteworthy. Sometimes there are also extras from the restaurant that make you want to visit in the evening - highly recommended!! But the really important thing is the really great team that looks after you so personally. You really feel very comfortable!
