非常好的酒店，距離兩個浴場都是一步之遙，酒店本身和附近的環境都非常適合散步，無奈我們去的時候是下雨天☔️但足不出門的的美景，貼心的服務人員和豐盛的早飯使我們擁有了美妙的度假心情，強烈推薦！

Besser geht's nicht. Suite, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit des Personals und die unglaublich gute Lage: mehr kann man nicht erwarten. Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte und komfortable Zeit im Aqua Aurelia und werden das Hotel wieder besuchen. Riesige Suite mit "übergrossem" Badezimmer. Sehr gute Betten, erste Füllung der Minibar gratis! Ein grossartiges Frühstücksbuffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Yesterday when check in, the lady with blonde hair at reception was not professional, I asked if I can pay now, she said yes, but finally she said you have to pay tomorrow when check out without any explanation, plus she said our reservation was including breakfast, then I checked the confirmation mail received, indicating excluding breakfast, then I asked her to verify, she said: no , your booking without breakfast. For above 2 points she even didn’t apologise at all! Apart from above, I arrived at reception first, she saw me, no any greeting no any smiles; the my husband came, suddenly she started to smile…, I am thinking if my Asian look bothered her ( my husband is blonde of course), so my stay experience was not pleasant.

We loved staying at this hotel so much that we have decided to return three months later on our way back to Australia. We stayed in a Park view suite over looking the Caracalla Spa. Windows could be open for fresh air. The room was clean, spacious, the bed super comfortable and Rituals products in the bathroom. We chose the inclusion of breakfast and the selection was ample and fresh. We also dined in the restaurant and were able to have a small meal which is all we wanted on our arrival night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying again so recommendation enough. Will be interesting how to experience the difference between an April stay and early July one. Also easy walk into the town and shops.

Die Suiten verdienen ihren Namen zu recht, da sie räumlich sehr großzügig gestaltet sind. Das Frühstück ist schmackhaft und entspricht allen Ansprüchen. Der beworbene „unmittelbare Übergang zur Therme“ ist dagegen wenig ansprechend, da der Weg durch die Thermentiefgarage führt.
