ich war zum ersten mal Gast im Brenners Park Hotel und habe den warmherzigen und wohltuenden Service sehr genossen. Bei einem Haus mit diesem Anspruch ist jeglicher Luxus selbstredend, der aber erst durch die dort tätigen Menschen zum Leben erfüllt wird - und hierbei belegt das Brenners nach meinen vielen Reisen einen absoluten Spitzenplatz. Ein Dinner im Wintergarten Restaurant ist ein sehr nachhaltiges Erlebnis. Die Reihenfolge der Speisen - in sehr hoher Qualität - führen zu einem Crescendo der Genüsse. An meinem Geburtstag überraschte mich Herr Direktor Matthiesen mit edlen Aufmerksamkeiten, eingerahmt durch einen schönen Blumenstrauß. Die Erinnerung an die Zeit im Brenners wird mir, ganz nach der Philosophie des Hauses, stets ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern.

Il serait injuste de ne pas louer les qualités de cet immense palace et de leurs personnels vraiment au top. Mais trois choses m ont déplu : alors que le petit déjeuner était inclus dans l offre de prix, il m a été facturé à 91 euros pour deux personnes sous prétexte qu il était pris en chambre. On aurait au moins pu me prévenir. De même, le prix de la sôle au dîner à 189 euros fut excessif, même dans un hôtel de luxe. Enfin, je considère que l obligation de devoir laisser la clef de sa voiture, après l avoir rangée sur une place de l hôtel, à un voiturier, est une une arnaque...

Elegant stay at Villa Stephanie . The hotel is undergoing renovations but the Villa is open warm and welcoming. All the spa and pool gym are available as well .Helpfully provided us with food to go as we needed to leave early . Dinner in the Salon is cosy and very high quality with good value wines by the glass . Spotlessly clean . Couldn’t fault .

Brenners hotel in Baden is one of the best 5star hotels we have visited. The suit we had was huge and well decorated with mini bar included and sweets refill for my daughter, everyday. The restaurant, the food, the staff is all of high quality and exquisite tastes. The pool is big and warm with big windows and a nice view. A beautiful hotel to return again and again.

Perfection. This may be my new favorite hotel. I stayed in the Park Villa as the main hotel is being renovated but that only made my experience more intimate, with fewer guests around. Everything was wonderful- staff, facilities, room, bed, location, food. I can’t wait to return.

Vom Ruf her gehört das ‘Brenners’ zu den absolut erstklassigen Hotels in deutschen Landen - von den aktuellen Preisen für eine Übernachtung aktuell ab rund € 600.- her allemal. Jedoch erscheint die vor diesem Hintergrund praktizierte Kundenorientierung doch sehr zweifelhaft. Wer hier anruft, bekommt es zunächst mit einem Telefon-Computer zu tun, was eher an ein Callcenter der Telekom erinnert, als an ein Grand-Hotel mit dem auf der Website zum Ausdruck gebrachten Eigenanspruch. Als jahrzehntelanger Stammgast verbinde ich mit dem Haus unzählige schöne Erinnerungen, die in den letzten Jahren zunehmend getrübt wurden. So auch gestern ein weiteres Mal. Denn es war nicht möglich, vier Tage vor Weihnachten einen als last-minute-Geschenk gedachten - per Kreditkarte abgesicherten - Geschenkgutschein über € 500,- zu bestellen. Man möge doch das Internet bemühen oder persönlich vorbeikommen, lautete die knappe Empfehlung. Eine erstaunliche Einstellung für ein Haus einer derartigen Klasse, die eigentlich nur einen Schluss zulässt: man ist an Gästen nicht wirklich interessiert. Die seit über einem Jahr ausbleibenden, positiven Bewertungen scheinen diese Beobachtung zu bestätigen. Schade!
