Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich, überfordert Wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs und kamen um 19:00 Uhr und der Portier sagte, wir sollen „Meter machen“ die Rezeption macht zu, und das um 19:00 Die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig Der Kaffee ☕️ 😩 Ich wurde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen Es liegt günstig, daher ist es ihnen egal, die Leute kommen so oder so.

This hotel is located on the beach of Lake Balaton, with very nice surrounding in Badacsony. All member of the staff was very polite and helpful. I visited there to celebrate my birthday, with my daughter and her fiancé. We all was very satisfied, and enjoyed very well this nice weekend. The rooms are nice, very clean, and well equiped, with beautiful view to the lake Balaton. The dinner was tasty and plentiful, in the elegant restaurant of the hotel. The wellness part of the hotel is clean and wonderful. We enjoyed our breakfest, which contained variable dishes, for different types of diets. The coffee was excellent.

The quality of the foods are not so high, by the way the restaurant is clean😄 I orders desert for 3190Ft it was poppy sead bread& butter with nut and honey, usually is made with creacent or milk-loaf. I couldnt decide from what is made this but the " crescent " maybe? it wasnt soft, I felt is not fresh and for 3200 ft is a joke... The fish soup was good.

Nice hungarian style cuisine. Price-value ratio is good here. Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious food. We were very hungy when we areived to Badacsonytomaj and this was the 1st retaurant we saw and decided to try. We were happy because we've got what we wanted. In this type of restaurant it was very nice experience.

The room smelled of poop. When we checked in after a full day of biking we asked for a reservation in the restaurant at 7:00. The woman at the front desk spoke to the restaurant and requested that we make it for 7:30. We did and when we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the kitchen was closed and they could not serve us. There was no flexibility and we left. The gentleman was rude and unhelpful. We ended up having a wonderful meal at a restaurant around the corner. I would not stay here again.
