The hotel and is nice and clean. We had to checkout day early because of change of plan. Hotel staff told us they will provide full refund for 1 night. After checking out early we were told hotel didn't approve the refund.

Wir bei Sonne aber ca. 4 Grad bei einem Spaziergang um das Zwischenahner Meer auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick eingekehrt und hatten einen geschützten Sonnenplatz am Haus gefunden. Kurz nachdem wir bestellt hatten, ging der einzige winzige Lautsprecher über unserem Tisch an und versorgte uns mit der üblichen Dudelmusik, die niemand braucht. Auf unsere Bitte den Lautsprecher wieder aus zu stellen, wurde uns von der freundlichen Kellnerin wenig Hoffnung gemacht. Sie werde den Chef (den Junior der Eignerin Kolb) fragen. Es passierte kommentarlos nichts. Der junge Mann lief dort zwar rum, sagte aber nichts. Wir setzten uns um - da war es ruhig und auch sonnig, aber windig und kalt. Jedenfalls behielt der Junior seine Musik !

Guter Aufenthalt , tolles Fruehstueck, Sauna gut
Der renovierte Bereich macht einen sehr tollen Eindruck. Im nicht renovierten Bereich sieht man das Alter des Hotels. Auch die Sauberkeit in diesem Bereich ist verbesserungswuerdig .
Somit hat das Hotel wahrscheinlich zwei sehr unterschiedlich zu bewertende Bereiche .
Tolle Saunalandschaft und ein sehr gutes Fruehstueck.
Fairerweise : der Preis den man für einen Aufenthalt im alten Bereich bezahlt liegt natürlich auch unter dem des neuen Bereiches.
