Wir haben als professionelle Sportmannschaft mit 30 Teammitgliedern vor einem Ligaspiel im Hotel übernachtet. Das Essen (Abendessen, Frühstück), der Service (aufmerksam, proaktiv, fleißig) als auch das Ambiente (Essensraum, Getränkebar, Besprechungsraum, Außenterrasse) waren qualitativ sehr gut. Man spürt die freundliche persönliche Note eines familiengeführten Hotels mit hervorragend ausgebildetem Fachpersonal. Die Standardzimmer (2. OG) wirken als seien sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sind aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir haben auf jeden Fall gut geschlafen (ruhige Lage, gutes Bett) und uns in diesem Hotel ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. All the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpfull. The breakfast buffet was elaborate in choice and more than enough for everyone. If we had to give one negative point about our trip, it would be the noise and lack of parking space because of the wedding festivities in the lounge area. Maybe we just had bad luck with the timing of our trip, but if not then this could be bothersome to light sleepers.

Ik heb hier alleen van een overnachting met ontbijt genoten. Geboekt een business eenpersoonskamer en deze was modern ingericht, schoon en voorzien van een koelkast. Prima bed en heerlijk geslapen. Verder balkon met uitzicht, helaas ook gedeeltelijk op grote parkeerplaats en betonnen gebouwen. Ontbijt was zeer goed en personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Enige klein puntje was dat op de kamer een bedlampje kapot was.

Sehr zuvorkommemdes, nettes und bemühtes Personal. Das Hotel liegt unweit des Parks und der Therme. Das Hotel macht engen gepflegten Eindruck. Es gibt einen Lift, eine Sauna und einen Massafebereich. Das Essen war sehr gut, obwohl man sich fragen darf, warum Apfelmus beim Salat steht. Diese Frage wurde mir vom Personal so beantwortet, dass er zur Mousse au chocolate gehört, die später kommt. Die Zimmer: lediglich eine Glastür trennt das Badezimmer vom restlichen Zimmer. Glastüren sind zwar schick, aber hier unvorteilhaft (undicht, und das restliche Zimmer ist sehr hell, wenn der Partner nachts im Bad Licht anmacht). Ansonsten ist das Zimmer modern und sehr sauber. Lediglich der Hochflorteppich hat mich gestört. Alles in allem war ich sehr zu frieden und komme gerne wieder.
