Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, super nettes Personal und sehr gutes Essen, saubere schöne Zimmer. Einziges Negatives ist die Dusche in der Badewanne. Es ist nicht schön in die Wanne zu klettern und da zu duschen. aber wie gesagt, das ist das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat. Mfg. Beate K.

Wir waren innerhalb von zwei Jahren das dritte Mal hier. Zweimal mit ein paar Übernachtungen, einmal „nur“ für ein Diner. Reservierung empfehle ich, zumindest in der Hauptsaison. Parkplatz am besten gleich mit reservieren. Mit 5€ pro Tag ist das nicht nur preiswert sondern auch empfehlenswert. ( am Rande….Hotels dieser Art verlangen in Potsdam, Berlin etc. gerne um die 20€ pro Tag!!! ) Das Personal freundlich und schnell. Einchecken auch am Vormittag war kein Problem. Das DZ zur Elbe ist groß genug und alles sehr gepflegt. Bad mit 🛀 Badewanne. WLAN und TV …..alles ok. 👌 Frühstück im Restaurant mit großem Wintergarten und im Sommer auch auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Elbe. Das Angebot im Guten Sinne üblich, wir vermissten nichts. Aber eben auch nichts besonderes, ohne Abwertung. Doch andere vergleichbare Hotels bieten ansprechendere Frühstückserlebnisse. Also so, dass man sich darauf freut. Hier eher die klassische Auswahl, Tendenz ….“kennt man seit zwanzig Jahren so….“. Das Restaurant offeriert klassische Gerichte, aber auch Gerichte wie Risotto, Spaghetti Bolognese etc. . Letztere waren ok, aber eher „deutsch“. Wir waren hier auch schon zu einem umfangreicheren Abendessen, mit flambierten Hauptgang. Sicher ein nettes „OldStyle-Erlebnis“, aber mit viel Engagement des Obers serviert. Preislich alles im Rahmen. Geschmeckt hat es auch. Alles in allem ein traditionelles Haus mit vollem Restaurantbetrieb, Sauna etc. Schöne ruhige Zimmer, Blick zur Elbe, Terrassenbetrieb etc. Empfehlenswert!!!!

Dejligt sted, men kedelig morgenbord
Bad Schandau er et superfint sted til en ferie. Specielt hvis man ønsker at vandre, så er det et superområde.
Mht. hotellet, så er det for så vidt OK uden at være prangende. Men det passer vel også OK til 3 stjerner. Absolut rent og pænt.
Morgenbordet er lidt kedelig i forhold til normal tysk standard. F.eks. mangler der der bacon ell. pølser. Der er kun blødkogte æg og røræg. Lidt valgmuligheder af yoghurt kunne også af hjulpet lidt (valget var peach melba ell. naturel smag). Dette er bare eksempler på hvad der manglede i forhold til vores forventninger.

Besser genau aufpasen was man in einer Rerervierungsbestätigung stehen hat, es werden Hauptsaisonpreise auch in der Nebensaison durch berechnet. Freundlichkeit wird sparsam verwendet. Frühstück Standard. Auswahl sehr überschaubar, tägl. Wechsel zw. Lachs und Mozzarella als Highlight. Abendessen gut soweit, allerdings Hochpreisig. Hirschsteak war durchgebraten. Wenig und t.w. schlecht informiertes Personal, daher langes Warten sowohl beim Nachfüllen morgens als auch beim Bedienen Abends. Saunabereich schön, aber mini und dadurch hoffnungslos überlaufen. Bademäntel nur gegen Gebühr. Würden wegen nicht kullantem Verhalten an Rezeption def. anderes Hotel nehmen beim nächsten Mal.
