A little stuck in the nineties, they must have been great then. Service, well, sometimes I didn't have a towel, sometimes the facial tissues weren't refilled, the water stain on the glass shelf in the bathroom was there for the whole four days. Otherwise it was fine. But nothing more

Die Angestellten waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war eine Enttäuschung. Für den Preis hätte ich wesentlich mehr Auswahl erwartet.
Das Schliessen des Jacuzzis um 21h empfinde ich als zu früh.

Wir waren im Juni für sechs Tage in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Zimmer war gross und ruhig. Das Frühstück haben wir jeweils in einer nahe gelegenen Bäckerei eingenommen. Einmal waren wir auch zum Abendessen im Gourmetrestaurant des Hotels. Die Auswahl war unorthodox und nicht nach unserem Geschmack, der Service eher schleppend, die Qualität war gut. An den anderen Abenden haben wir jeweils im Hotel Schwarzer Adler am Marktplatz gegessen, das eine vielfältige Speisekarte hat. Praktisch ist auch die Parkmöglichkeit in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage im Kleber Post.

Gutes Hotel mitten im Ort, sehr freundlicher Empfang beim einchecken und an der Bar, geräumige Zimmer, Duschbereich würde sich über eine Sanierung freuen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sollte unbedingt reserviert werden. Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert.
