Dorpje is onverwachts mooi hotel beetje vergane glorie. Kamer wel aardig maar bij aankomst miste er gewoon een bed in onze familiekamer. Bed kwam er uiteindelijk bleek een uitklapstoel te zijn waardoor onze kinderen eigenlijk op de grond lagen. Resultaat twee zeurende en moeie pubers een dag later. Ontbijt matig weinig keuze. Kortom voor 1 nacht oké maar langer zou ik het niet doen.

Wir waren zu Fuss auf der Via Rhenana unterwegs und waren leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Wir hatten bereits vorher online eingecheckt und bezahlt. Hat alles tadellos geklappt. Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen wunderbaren Blcik auf den Rhein. Wir hatten keinen Ballkon, war auch nicht notwendig, da es eine große Terrasse zum Chillen nur für die Gäste gibt. Kaffe gibt es kostenlos dazu. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sehr schön und sauber, super bequemes Bett und sehr ruhig. Die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral. Es gibt im gleichen Haus ein Gasthaus mit Terrasse und Blick auf den Rhein hatte an diesem Tag aber geschloßen. Rundherum gibt es jedoch eine große Auswahl an weiteren Lokalen. Das Städtchen ist sehr hübsch und sicher ein toller Ausgagangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden. Unserem Zwergpudel Bella hat es auch gut gefallen auch sie wurde freundlich aufgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist toll mit Rheinblick, das Hotel selber leider enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, sauber gemacht wird allerdings nur auf Anfrage und auch dann nur so halb. Abgesehen davon das es sehr staubig war, in meinem Zimmer eine große spinne mit mir wohnte, und das nicht erst seit gestern wenn ich nach der Anzahl an Spinnennetzen im Zimmer gehe, fand ich leider auch im Bad und im Bett Haare vom vorherigen Gast, oder vllt von der Putzfrau, wie auch immer, ziemlich ekelhaft. Das Frühstück lässt sich zu wünschen übrig, die Auswahl an Aufschnitt ist sehr begrenzt, Rührei gibt’s nur für schlappe €5,50 extra (vllt sollten sie das Hotel in goldenes Ei umtaufen) und der O-Saft wird soweit verdünnt das es nichts mehr mit O-Saft zu tun hat (funfact: während meines Aufenthalts wohl auch versehentlich mal mit prickelndes Wasser, da guckt man erst mal doof wenn man das nicht erwartet) Allem in allem glaube ich sollte Coffee Fellows sich vllt beim Kaffee halten und das Hotel Business an die Profis überlassen.

Zuerst zum Personal das unglaublich freundlich und kompetent war. Die Anfahrt führt duch eine Fußgängerzone die genutzt werden darf. Kostenloser Hotelparkplatz. Schön ruhig und ein Kingsizebett. Schön eingerichtet; allerdings fehlte ein Kühlschrank. Irritierend war dass das Zimmer nur auf "Wunsch" gereinigt und die Betten gemacht wurden. Frühstück war in Ordnung aber kein Highlight.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht suboptimal..Schade Der Kaffee war gut aber ich werde dort nicht noch einmal Frühstücken .Für Rühreier muss man noch extra bezahlen. Die Lage wäre supperschön direkt am Rhein.Es würde sich lohnen was zu verändern.

This hotel is charming and well located right in the historic section. The area has many outdoor restaurants, and a lively little outdoor beer garden right on the river side. The best features of the Hotel were the out door terrace, and patio overlooking the Rhine. It was easy to get to the train station and to visit towns, such as Rheinfelden and Laufenburg.
