Our half-timbered villa dates from the turn of the century to the 20th Century. With its glass winter garden, balconies and verandas, it invites you to linger. Here, where the southern Harz mountain and forest air is unique, you can relax, meet with friends and family, enjoy what this delightful small town has to offer, hiking, ice skating, swimming, skiing, sledding or just reading or with the children play in the play paradise. Our villa is in one of the best locations in Bad Sachsa, by the fire. From there you have a wonderful view of the nearby forests, the small spa town and far inland to the forests and mountains of the southern Harz. After the best renovation and modernization work, it will open its doors again this year 2018. All construction measures were carried out under low-allergy, low-pollution and building biological measures. All floors are oiled oak boards, the walls are covered with clay and lime plaster. In this villa with a total of 330 sqm of living space, we rent the ground floor with 120 sqm of living space, which offers plenty of space for 8 people.
