Nach meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel kann ich leider keine positive Bewertung abgeben. Die Zimmer waren zwar geräumig, aber der Zustand des Fußbodenteppichs und die stark verschmutzte Toilette ließen zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl die Putzfrau auf Zuruf kam, konnte sie die Probleme nicht vollständig beheben. Insgesamt entsprach die Qualität nicht dem Standard eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, und ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben drei Nächte hier verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, Personaö ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück hat eine ordentliche Auswahl und entspricht dem eines Europäsichen 4* Hotels. Auch das Zimmer liess nichts zu wünschen übrig - es war sauber und wie beschrieben ausgestattet; Die Matratzen waren wie wir es lieben - im oberen Härtebereich, einziges Manko sind die sehr weichen Kissen - zumindest aus unserer Sicht. Wir nehmen i.d.R unsere eigene Kissen mit, damit der Schlaf stets angenehm ist 😊. Als Parkplatz haben wir den Carport benutzt - da passt auch ein grosser SUV rein! Das grösste Highlight ist das private Spa , welches man - natürlich mit vorheriger Reservierung - ganz für sich alleine nutzen kann; mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Infrarotkabine, einem riesigen Ruheraum und allen Getränken plus Obstkorb inklusive! Für diejenigen, die sich über den angeblich hohen Preis für das Private Spa beschweren oder dies gar mit einem „günstigen“ Preis für einen Thermenbesuch vergleichen kann ich nur nochmals betonen: es ist ein PRIVATES Spa, keine Therme mit tausenden Besuchern. Wir legen auf das Private einen sehr hohen Wert.

Soweit alles ok
Für den Preis war alles bestens, leider hatten wir das Zimmer direkt über dem Eingang und das war mir persönlich durch das Leuchtschild am Eingang zu hell. Das Bad war etwas klein aber in Ordnung. Die Matratze für mich als Frau zu fest, leider, mein Mann war dafür super zufrieden😂so ist das Leben . Alles in allem war es schon ok. Frühstück ja, war ok.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hotel
Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage. Das Zimmer mit Balkon zum Park lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Die Sauna ist nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar und kostet 42 Euro pro 2 Stunden. Wir waren in der Rupertus Therme (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß), 4 Stunden kosten 50 Euro für 2 Personen, das ist die bessere Wahl. Der Parkplatz ist klein und muss reserviert werden, sonst muss man auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen parken. Beim Frühstück war es etwas frisch bei manchen Tischen, weil die Eingangstür in der Nähe ist.

It’s all about the small things!
Enjoyed our stay again at this hotel. The only complaint I have is about the coffee in the coffee machine. I understand that the coffee pods are expensive but to be told I would need to buy replacements was not nice . 4 pots were left for two people and we were staying for 6 nights. Very mean!
Breakfast was good and reception was friendly.
