Schönes großes, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hinter dem Haus gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war für schweizer Verhältnisse wirklich super. Auf Wunsch wurden frische Rühr- oder Spiegeleier zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

I'll just summarise it and be straight (as I never post bad reviews) So.... 1. Hotel looks abandoned with no care at all, like a ghost town. 2. Unfriendly and rude check-in staff (basically you feel like your not welcome) 3. Room facilities are very poor, no tea or coffee, the room so small you couldn't swing a cat around 4. Having to pay €20 for a child's bed when you already booked a room for 3 (we were travelling with 2 adults and 1 baby) 5. Breakfast was €15 each and was very poor, tiny selection and I mean tiny selection, we would have been better going to the local bakery. 6. Staff walking in and out of the kitchen eating and shouting at breakfast So quite simply put I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. Thanks, Chris & Maartje.

Vorab: nicht viel erwartet, da doch recht günstig für 2 Tage Skifahren im Pizol Zimmer mit Dachschräge und knapp 1qm Platz zum Stehen, kein richtiger Tisch, Stuhl nur zum Auslegen der Kleider nutzbar. Bett und Decke super, auch die Sauberkeit der sanitären Anlagen (auf dem Gang) sind gut. Leider riecht es stark nach Zigarettenrauch im Hotel (Zimmer okay).

Positiv: Saubere, zweckmässige Zimmer. Positiv auch, dass gratis Parkplätze hinter dem Haus zur Verfügung stehen. Telefonisch angekündete Buchungsänderung wurden zuverlässig umgesetzt vom freundlichen Personal. Die Lage unmittelbar beim Bahnhof ist ideal. Negativ: Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig, wenn die Zimmernachbarn die morgentliche Unterhaltung beginnen, ist es vorbei mit schlafen. Ebenso riecht das Haus stark nach kaltem Rauch, als später Zeuge, dass früher ordentlich abgeraucht wurde in der Bar und dem Restaurant. Im Zimmer hingegen musste man erst lüften da viel zu intensive Duftstäbchen aufgestellt waren. Preislich an der Obergrenze.

The B&B is very close to the railway station and situated in the beautiful area, very quiet but not far from Chur but much cheaper. We had to inform staff of our arrival time, breakfast time as there won't be staff stand-by 24hour at the hotel. Breakfast was quite good with reasonable price. The city centre was about 10 minutes walk from the hotel with 1 supermarket and other shops. The room was quite big with standard amenities. There were not many tourists in the area and the hotel restaurant was close so we had to go to the supermarket or had dinner in Chur before coming back to the hotel.
