Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne in das Schmiedegasthaus Gehrke zum Abendessen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist sehr schön und man fühlt sich richtig wohl. Die Speisen sind immer sehr lecker. Die Preise sind für die hohe Qualität auf jeden Fall angemessen. Die Speisekarte ist immer ansprechend und abwechslungsreich. Besonder schätzen wir auch den stets professionellen Service des ganzen Teams. Herzlichen Dank an Prajin, Rhys und Silvan ! Wir sagen danke und bis bald im Schmiedegasthaus Gehrke.

Ich war mit meiner Frau heute zum Sonntag Mittagessen im Schmiedegasthaus. Einfach alles hat geklappt. Die Speisekarten einwandfrei. Die Weinkarte liesst sich wie das Neue Testament. Alle grosse Winzer sind dabei. Sowohl Deutsche als Ausländer. Beeindruckend. Die Küche ist hervorragend vor allem wenn es um spitze Sossen geht.

Das Hotel hatte ich wegen seiner Lage und Nähe zur Autobahn für einen Stop-over ausgesucht und war angenehm überrascht. Freundlicher Empfang. Ich hatte eine Suite von angenehmer Grösse mit einem großzügigen Bad und sogar einem zweiten WC. Und dazu noch einen Balkon. Schönes Frühstück mit frischen Produkten. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass die Zimmer nur über den Außenbereich mit der Rezeption und dem Frühstücksraum verbunden sind. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel aber nur empfehlen.

Wir haben gestern den Geburtstag meines Mannes hier gefeiert. Das Restaurant ist im letzten Jahr umfangreich modernisiert worden. Somit konnten wir bestes Essen in einem tollen modernen Ambiente genießen. Der Service war einfach perfekt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen.

Wir waren zu Zweit im Restaurant August des Schmiedegasthauses Gehrke. Sashimi Beef als Vorspeise, dann die Essepfanne und das Kikok - Huhn. Das Essen war in jeder Hinsicht überragend. Sowohl die Kompositionen als auch der Geschmack jeder einzelnen Zutat waren perfekt. Daran konnte man nichts kritisieren - selbst wenn man gesucht hätte. Hochwertiges und geschmackvolles Ambiente, trainierte Bedienungen und eine sehr angenehme Stimmung insgesamt rundeten den Abend ab und ich denke es war der größte Genuss, den ich in 2022 durch ein Restaurant erleben durfte. Vielen Dank.

Zeer gastvrij en uitermate klantgericht. Het eten is goed, de kamers netjes en schoon. Ik kom hier jaarlijks voor mijn bezoek aan de Hannover Messe en kan immer rekenen op een warm onthaal. Maar ook voor toeristen een goed aan te bevelen hotel.
