There is a swimming pool and a sauna, which is nice to relax after being tired. However, the breakfast is relatively simple and I am not used to it. I can only deal with it! There are not many restaurants around. I was really hungry that day and looked around for a few times but there were not many options.

Wir sind selten so wortkarg und unempathisch in einem Hotel empfangen worden. Bei Fragen nach Wellnessbereich und Frühstücksraum wurde man auf das Pappkärtchen der Zimmerkarten und die Schilder an der Wand verwiesen. Saunazeiten weichen wochentags ab. Finnische Sauna, weswegen wir das Hotel u. a. gebucht hatten, war nur 65 Grad Celsius warm. Angeblich ist ein Ersatzteil kaputt. Gartensauna in der Woche erst ab abends. Die einzigen beiden E-Bikes, die auch noch in der Lobby ausgestellt werden, sind von oben bis unten verstaubt. Auch auf einen Hinweis, dass man diese mieten möchte, aber sie so schmutzig nicht zu gebrauchen sind, passierte zwei Tage nichts. Total unterkühlte Atmosphäre ebenfalls im Frühstücksraum des Restaurants "Karls". Bei anderen 4 Sterne Hotels ist man es gewohnt, dass einem zwischendurch mal die benutzten Teller abgenommen werden. Hier Fehlanzeige. Erst nach Verlassen des Tisches wird komplett abgeräumt. Der Koch füllt wortlos und mürrisch drein guckend Dinge am Buffet auf. Außerdem fiel auf, dass aufallend viele Gäste aus Seminarteilnehmern und Mitarbeitern eines Handwerksbetriebes "Vestas" bestehen. Alles in allem kam nicht das Feeling eines Wellnesshotels durch, aber vor allem hat mich die total unterkühlte Atmosphäre gestört. Dieses trägt nicht zum Wohlbefinden eines Gastes bei.

Es sollte ein erholsamer Wellness Kurzurlaub werden. Es war ein Desaster. Personal unfreundlich, Barkeeper unfähig (u.a. Rotwein in Weißweinglas serviert) Hotelzimmer(De Luxe) .Kaffemaschine defekt, Badezimmer , lose Türklinke, defekte Glühlampe(Tischlampe) wurde erst nach mehrmaligen Reklamieren an Rezeption Ende des 2. Aufenthaltstages repariert, Wellnessanwendung nicht möglich (kein Ansprechpartner, Rezeption nicht zuständig, Anrufbeantworter für Behandlungen -＞ kein Rückruf, Beschwerden wurden in einer Art und Weise behandelt (aggressiver Ton), wo man sich fragt ,ob das dem Ruf der Best Western Kette entspricht

Mooie kamers goede bedden maar het eten was voor een viersterren hotel beneden de maat te weinig variatie in vleeswaren bij ontbijt alleen croissantjes en geen andere zoete variaties zoals muffin ect.geen zalm. Het diner duur en buffet weinig variatie dus voor het hoef je niet te gaan. Sauna prima.Je moet betalen voor parkeren is ook geen service.
