Lovely spacious old hotel set in beautiful and peaceful gardens, on the border of the river Nahe. Breakfast was excellent. The Kurhaus next door can be reached directly from the hotel by a corridor. We found this hotel by coincidence and stayed just for one night on our way home, but we would love to come back for a longer stay.

L'hôtel un monument soit. Au-delà du lieu, il bénéficie d'un Bel accueil, très humain. Bien conscient que le métier n'est pas forcément facile. La chambre est aménagée au cordeau - un modèle du genre - et - la bonne surprise - agrémentée d'une très bonne literie Bref un endroit privilégié pour faire une coupure dans son quotidien

Leider enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Wir waren als sechsköpfige Gruppe im Parkhotel Bad Kreuznach. Die Zimmer im 4. Stock waren nur über ein verschmutztes Treppenhaus erreichbar, die Räume waren bereits im 11:00 Uhr extrem aufgeheizt (ca. 40 °C), stickig und weder klimatisiert noch gelüftet. Auch die Flure waren völlig unbe- und entlüftet, die Fenster stark verschmutzt. Im Flur fehlten Abdeckungen an Elektroschaltern – ein klarer Sicherheitsmangel. Minibar war leer, die angekündigte kostenfreie Wasserflasche fehlte. Das Frühstück war unorganisiert: kein gemeinsamer Tisch für die Gruppe, Buffet gegen 9 Uhr weitgehend leer, Kaffee kam erst nach dem Essen. Insgesamt entspricht der Aufenthalt nicht dem Standard eines Viersternehotels. Leider keine Empfehlung. Das Hotel lebt nur noch von seinem Nimbus.

Räume waren i.O. und angemessen gross, Bad war mordern. Frühstück hätte für mich etwas üppiger sein können, hätte gerne mehr frisches Obst gehabt, grössere Kuchenauswahl und eine grössere Saftauswahl. Ich habe meinen Gragefruchtsaft vermisst. Ananas separat oder eine Banane hätte ich mir gewünscht. Besser wären noch Kirschen oder Erdbeeren der Zeit entsprechend!

Wir hatte 2 Nächte mit Halbpension gebucht. Das Zimmer entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Das Buffet zum Abendessen war von unzureichender Qualität und eines 4 Sterne Hotels unwürdig. Es war kalt und ohne Stil präsentiert, von Geschmack ganz zu schweigen. Nach dem 3. Versuch unsere Mängel dem Küchenchef mitzuteilen kam er sehr aggressiv zum Tisch. Nach unserer konstruktiven Kritik wurde er laut mit den Worten: Am besten sie gehen jetzt und ich möchte sie hier nicht mehr sehen. Dies ist dem Gast gegenüber ein Affront. Da wir uns so etwas nicht bieten lassen können, reisten wir vorzeitig am nächsten Tag ab.

Een mooie kamer, alles prima. Badkamer alleen belabberdst. Kraan lekt flink. Douchekop houder helemaal kapot. Ging op ‘half zeven’ konden niet goed douchen. Echt waardeloos. Gordijnen lorrig bevestigd in de slaapkamer. Tafeltje op het terras was slordig los latje. Vlaggen op het balkon helemaal kapot. Geen enkel niveau. Parkeersysteem zeer onhandig lange rij bij receptie voor een uitrij kaart. Ontbijt prima details!!
