Wir waren vom 07.- 09.06.25 Gäste des Hotels. Bei der Ankunft trafen wir auf zwei vollschlanke Zimmerfrauen, die gerade Pause machten. Erstaunt waren wir, als dieselben Damen in den denselben Klamotten am Morgen für das Frühstück zuständig waren. Anschließend erfolgte die Zimmerreinigung wieder im selben Outfit. Als die beiden Damen am folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück erneut in derselben (noch dazu völlig unpassenden und unästhetischen) Kleidung auftauchten, waren wir froh abreisen zu können. Es gibt kaum etwas unhygienischeres und unappetitlicheres als ein derartiges Auftreten. Hier muss man ernsthaft die Frage stellen, wie das Personal angeleitet und kontrolliert wird. Bei allen personellen Problemen, so etwas geht gar nicht. Dieses Hotel werden wir jedenfalls nie wieder besuchen. Auf die Reinigung unserer Zimmer hatten wir verzichtet.

Unser Ziel war der Advent in den Weinbergen um Naumburg und Bad Kösen am 17. + 18.12.22. Da wir schon öfter im Frühjahr und Sommer das Saaletal und Bad Kösen bereist haben durften wir feststellen, dass dieses auch im Dezember bei -14 Grad sehr reizvoll ist. Im Mutigen Ritter waren wir bereits zum dritten Mal untergebracht da wir die stiel- und liebevolle Einrichtung des Hotels sowie den sehr guten Service mögen. Die Hotelarrangements konnten wir noch nicht testen aber auch diese hören sich sehr vielversprechend an. Wir waren jedenfalls noch nicht zum letzten Mal im Mutigen Ritter zu Gast.

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen eingekehrt, haben uns über den schönen sterilen Raum unterhalten und Essen bestellt….. Rumpsteak mit Kartoffelecken und grünen Bohnen mit Speck….. Mein Steak war totgegahrt es gab Salzkartoffeln vom Vortag (oder aufgewärmt) und die Bohnen waren nicht mit Speck, sondern Kochschinken oder so was ähnliches….. Meine Frau hatte Vegi Teller, (Nudeln mit Soße) den hat sie auch nur ein Drittel gegessen und stehen gelassen, weil er nicht geschmeckt hatte…. Mein Sohn hatte ein gutes Steak, aber auch nur die Salzkartoffeln wie ich und keine Kartoffelecken …… Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und kommen nicht noch einmal zum Essen…. Ein Döner in der Nähe ist besser und billiger!!!

Zimmermöbelierung, alt, aber o.k, Bad sehr klein, die Toillette ist unten schwarz, muß sauberer sein. Wir haben außerdem auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet. Hier wäre es aber nett gewesen, wenn man sich dafür bedankt hätte! Haben wir in anderen Hotels bekommen! Zumindest muß es dann auf der Webseite vermerkt sein
