One of the BEST hospitality and warmth you get.... Location is great, rooms are nice bit cozy. But what tops is PEOPLE..... They literally take care of and for you.... Especially the manager Ms Maria, what a great Human being. If you have any (literally) issue, they have a solution for it. Enjoined my business stay there.... Maybe we have to laugh to keep from crying. We are leaving after 2 terrible days. Check-in with an assistant (thin woman with red bob hair) who doesn't even leave Wi-Fi (on the website it says that Wi-Fi is free) but it doesn't work so you have to go down to the reception (when there is someone) to get the passwords. Because a 4 star hotel doesn't have a phone to talk to the reception so you have to use a lift similar to a freight elevator to communicate with the staff who are always absent at the desk. We go again to the promised room with flooding of an unusable shower, you should call the fire brigade. The best is that there are stairs to go up to the reception floor. Scandalous. I had to ask my aunt who was at the spa not to come and visit me because there was an unsuitable staircase. I still can't understand how it is possible that these people work like this at a cost of more than 200) per night

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit zwecks Parkplatz, zudem sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren auch bequem. Wir hatten nur eine Nacht weil wir in Laufweite eine Veranstaltung am Abend hatten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Bad Homburg eine Übernachtung benötigen.

Das Hotel ist nicht das modernste aber es ist sauber und hat Charme. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und wird vom Personal super in Ordnung gehalten und ständig nachgefüllt. Als man unsere Hunde sah, gab es für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein Upgrade und ein größeres Zimmer.

Ein charmantes Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, und sehr leckerem und reichhaltigen Fruehstuecksbuffet. Direkt am Kurpark gelegen und auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Also ideal um Bad Homburg und die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Das Hotel ist etwas älter, aber es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Zimmer waren top. Ruhiges Hotel aber trotzdem direkt nahe bei der Einkaufsmeile. Ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr angenehm überrascht. Gerne wieder ..
