Nettes, sauberes, gut gelegenes Hotel, mit schönem Pool. Das Zimmer war ausreichend gross für 2 Zustellbetten für die Kinder.
Wir hatten Halb Pension gebucht. Es war ein Gutes Frühstück und beim Abendessen immer was dabei was geschmeckt hat.
Für 3 Nächte Optimal.

Una delle migliori strutture nella quale sia mai stato in Austria. Servizi buoni e ristorazione ottimi. Struttura molto bella, spaziosa, con giardino e di fronte ad un parco immenso che da l'accesso ad una zona pedonale piacevolissima. Piscina eccezionale, senza riserve. Ampia e calda. Dico servizi "buoni" perchè il campo da tennis era fermo, ma oggettivamente è poco rilevante. La camera è spartana ma funzionale e pulita. Bagno molto spazioso. Soggiorno eccellente.

Hotel e molto bello e grande,tutti cordiali ed educati,massaggio e cibo fantastici ed anche molto silezioso perfetto per chi vuole passare una vacanza di relax,a pochi passi hai anche un parco molto grande per fare delle passeggiate tranquille,il paesino e molto carino pieno di negozietti anche esso perfetto per delle passeggiate,a pochi passi c’è anche una funivia che ti porta in cima la montagna (ca 2500m) dove fare delle belle escursioni e belle foto (portatevi una giacchetta anche se estate). Nel hotel ci sono vari pacchetti da acquistare,vi consiglio i pacchetti con inclusi i massaggi.Noi abbiamo usufruito del pacchetto da 50min.di massaggio con olii essenziali su tutto il corpo ,consigliatissimi,davvero molto rilassante. All’esterno hai a disposizione senza costi aggiuntivi una piscina e un idromassaggio con sdraio al comperato e all’aperto in giardino. Unica pecca aredamento un po’ antiquato ma nel complesso molto grazioso,le camere pulite con cambi di lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni. Per la nostra esperienza compreso i massaggi per essere un hotel a 4 stelle non è stato molto costoso.

Durchschnittliches Hotel, in die Jahre gekommen, aber OK. Pool gut, Spa sonst klein. Essen gerade noch OK, aber alles, inkl Hauptspeisen, vom Buffet. Eine tägliche Getränkepauschale wird einem nahegelegt. Entspricht etwa 2 Getränken, sind aber auch selbst zu holen. Saftautomat, Bierzapfhahn und kleines Weinfass weiss - rot. Alles in allem hätten wir uns zu zweit in einem einfachen, herzlichen Haus ebenso wohler gefühlt wie in einem etwas höherpreisigen Haus mit gehobenem Service. Preis Leistung gerade noch OK. In einem Hotel mit diesem Namen und dieser Preisklasse würde ich Hauptspeisenservice an den Tisch und Minibar oder Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer gut finden.

This hotel is more like a club hotel or hostel. Very busy, very noisy and basic dining. As a result the standard of accommodation, facilities and service is basic. Not good value for money and similar to an average 2 Star hotel. Children everywhere even playing football in the corridor outside our room. Location is good for access to the town of Bad Hofgastein and skibus stops in front of the hotel.

Horrible experince, staff was rude and the food wasn’t fresh. The rooms were small and they stank. DONT GO THERE!!!! They kept saying rude things and we wanted to go into the pool and they kept denying without a reason. We wouldn’t recommend to anyone it’s a waste of money.

One of the best ski hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were great, spa facilities very good, food exceeded expectations and the drinks package was good value for money. Live music provided a good way to finish the evening. The cakes in the afternoon were an added bonus and were delicious. The rooms are a little dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. Fab to have ski hire on site with a very personable professional to serve you. Communication about the activities going on each day was great and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Not a 4 star hotel. 3 is more accurate. Rooms very basic and very dated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom light took about 10 attempts to switch on every time I presume because of a loose connection and light over shower went off several times I presume because of condensation when showering. The noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. No soundproofing between rooms. I could hear whenever someone went to the bathroom each night. Doors were paper thin. Huge traffic on corridors and stampeding children was very disruptive. Very poor sleep despite bed being comfy. Ski storage not secure but adequate. Staff were very nice (except one extremely rude older lady who seemed to be in charge of housekeeping). Food was adequate but not wonderful, breakfast was nice with perfectly fine selection. Would definitely not stay again. Poor sleep and did not look forward to returning each evening.
