Great hotel and beautiful location in the midddle of the alps. We were invited for a wedding and wow....what a PARTYYYYY. Everything was well planned and well played through out the whole day and night. Nice pool both indoor and outdoor and also nice spa are. OK fitness area with the stuff that you needed to get a good full body workout. Nice food, breakfast and employees. We already booked it again for a few days in July 2025! 5 stars!

Wir fühlen uns hier immer wohl. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, es wird immer nachgelegt, Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch zubereitet. An der Kaffeemaschine kommt es manchmal zu Wartezeiten. Wir hatten die Kulinarik (also Abendessen) mitgebucht. Das war sehr lecker und die Auswahl vielfältig, saisonal und regional. Manche Portionen hätten für den Preis etwas größer sein können und zu manchen Vorspeisen hätten wir ein Stück Brot gewünscht (Brotkorb muß separat dazu gekauft werden bzw. ist ein Menüpunkt, das fanden wir nicht so gut). Der Service ist top. Barkeeper auch gut, Cocktails auch mit regionalen Zutaten. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und sehr sauber, das Bad leider etwas klein (was wohl dem Ursprungsbau des Hotels geschuldet ist). Massagen müssen im Voraus gebucht werden, da nicht immer verfügbar. Der Thermalpool ist angenehm temperiert und schön, toll auch die große Liegewiese. Parkgarage gegenüber vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Ski- / Fahrradkeller. Guter Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren, auch für Ausflüge ins Umland (z.B. Salzburg).

Ein tolles Hotel in wunderschöner Lage. Der Service ist sehr gut, das Frühstück war selten besser und der Pool in einem wunderschönen Garten. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier und kommen definitiv wieder nach Bad Hofgastein! Danke auch an Lukas, alles war perfekt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Struttura a gestione familiare ed eccellente, personale cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia top. Servizi di family SPA ed Alpen Spa eccellenti e colazione con materie di qualita' e fresche. Il ristorante Luke's molto elegante con impostazione finger food / tapas con piatti molto interessanti, ma secondo me e' necessario avere una maggiore varienta' e offerta di piatti tipici per variare nella settimana.

Worst hotel in the world. Noise early in the morning for the past three days - continuous for hours. Other than that perfect. Nice hotel and great staff and food. Shame about the noise which stopped us from sleeping properly after hard days at the mountains. Romeo

Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir 2 Wellnesstage mit Yoga machen wollten. Yoga fand dann aber leider nicht wie angekündigt statt und auch die Verfügbarkeit der Massagen und Behandlungen war nicht gegeben, da es für das gesamte Hotel nur 1 Masseuse gibt, die auch nur ab Mittag im Haus ist (und das in der Hochsaison). Also eher enttäuschend.

Frühstücksbuffet u. Restaurant ausgezeichnet!! Parkgarage super!Bedienung und Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!!EZ mit geradem Balkon sollten über zusätzliche Oberlichtenfenster verfügen! Beim Waschtisch wäre zumindest 1Steckdose (elektr Zahnbürste) vorteilhaft!Föhn etwas ungewöhnlich gg.über WC angebracht Alles in allem eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche!Wir kommen sicher im nächsten Jahr wieder!!!
