Die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die öffentlichen Bereiche wie Lobby und Restaurant. Der Service im Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Personal im Restaurant, hier besonders beim Frühstück Frau Mehro sind hervorzuheben. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und haben stets ein offenes Ohr für die Anliegen der Gäste. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist gut. Zimmer sind zwar schon älter, aber in einem guten Zustand. Die Matratzen des Bettes waren sehr bequem. Auch der Poolbereich war top. Das Hotel liegt am Berg, etwas abseits und dadurch ruhig. Ein gebührenpflichtige Parkgarage gibt es auch, natürlich auch kostenlose Parkplätze. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich gut. Das Frühstück hervorragend, Abendessen gut. Wir können das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Nochmals vielen Dank für den guten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel.

Wir haben im Juli 2024 drei Nächte gebucht, weil die Bilder auf der Homepage so ansprechend aussahen. Der Blick auf die Rezeption entschädigt den Eindruck, den man von außen hat. Das Haus wurde sicherlich sehr kostenintensiv renoviert, aber eben nicht überall. Unserer Suite in der vierten Etage war sehr schön, aber es war extrem warm in dem Raum. Der enge und ebenfalls sehr warme Frühstücksraum lädt nicht zum Frühstück ein. Rührei aus der Packung ist einfach ungenießbar. Auf der Terasse zu frühstücken war ganz angenehm. Am Abend konnte man lediglich an einem 4-Gänge-Menu teilnehmen. Im Ort zu essen stellte sich ebenfalls als schwierig heraus, da sämtliche Restaurants nur bis höchstens 20 Uhr servieren. Servicewüste Deutschland. Allerdings waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Sowohl der Ort, als auch das Hotel haben ihre besten Zeiten definitiv hinter sich. Schade, denn die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr schön.
