Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen im Hotel.
Das einzige was in dieser Preisklasse unserer Meinung nach nicht geht, dass sind billige zum Frühstück.

We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at this well-run, attractively renovated hotel. The staff were friendly and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast and evening meal buffets were of good quality and the table service (drinks only) friendly and attentive. The pool and spa areas were lovely, and a wide range of festive activities were also offered by the hotel. The only small downside was the lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room, but that is often the case in German hotels.

Anbefalelsesværdigt til børnefamilier. Rolig omgivelser - tæt på alt. Hotellets personale kunne kommunikeres med på engelsk, men områder generelt kræver fornuftige tyskkundskaber

Skønt sted!
Skønt sted med en formidabel service og meget venligt personale. Poolområdet er dejligt med mulighed for at bade og ligge og slappe af både inde og ude. Der er flot ryddet op og pænt rent over alt. Morgenmaden er god og familie-lejlighederne er godt indrettet.

Harzen ferie
Hotellet var genåbnet efte Corona og stærkt unerbemandet. Dem der var der virkede ikke alle lige professionelle/vant med jobbet. En skam for rammen var super gode, skønne værelser. Mad fra buffet om aftenen var absolut heller ikke noget at anbefale.
Der var til gengæld forsøgt lidt underholdning og det fosøg skal de have ros for.
De prøvede hårdt og jeg vil absolut gerne give dem en chance til.

Flot hotel dårlig service
Fremragende beliggenhed 🙌tæt på alt, flot hotel med lækker pool og spa område . Desværre meget dårlig service 👎receptionisten gad dårlig svare og hjælpe detsamme gjorde tjener . Rengøring på værelse var også mangelfuld . Alt i alt gør det at vi ikke vil komme tilbage påtrods af fedt hotel og omgivelser

Fint - uden at overraske
Fint og godt ophold, selve Hartzen er fantastisk - Ettershaus er til den dyre ende når man sammenligner med faciliteterne på vörelserne. Poolen var rigtig god, og masser af plads og mulighed for börnene. Vi havde store problemer med vores koldedrikkevarer på vörelset - men tilsidst läste receptionen det. Der manglede spisemuligheder omkring stedet, og hotellets uformelle restaurant holdt lukket det meste af tiden.
