Wir hatten das Vergnügen, in diesem Hotel 5 Tage zu übernachten, und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Hotel selbst ist sauber und sehr gut gelegen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel, und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir jedoch den außergewöhnlichen Service, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts erfahren durften. Ein besonderer Dank gilt für Herrn Bräunel, der durch sein Engagement unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen. More than a good hotel! We had a 3-day package "Romantik" half board and included a candlelight dinner. And a welcome cocktail (with 4 courses). Pleasant service, cozy bar, good massages, excellent service. We were in the main building. Perfect base for the Burgberg, Goslar and Werningerode (with the steam train to the Brocken, 1142 m high).

Very accommodating, even when booking. Friendly staff, room in the neighboring building "SUPER". We enjoyed the extensive breakfast, the selection and quality couldn't be beaten, and the staff here were also very friendly. If we go to the Harz again, the hotel will be number one.

Large hotel that was put together from several buildings. A suite (room 306) with a 5 sqm bathroom, which includes a sink, toilet and shower and whose door also opens inwards is something special. The double doors of the shower only open inwards. The way to dinner leads up stairs, down stairs, past the drinks counter. There are then three people waiting for you. One leads you to the table to light the candle. One person brings drinks, one brings the menu, another clears away..., staff shortages seem to be a foreign concept in the Harz.

Ett mycket trevligt hotell med bra service. Särskilt frukostservicen var excellent. Minus att rummen saknade ventilation/ac vilket gjorde nätterna varma. Trevlig uterestaurang men minus för avsaknad av utomhusbar/cafe
