Ich hätte gern HERVORAGEND vergeben, wenn wir eine Kulanzregelung zum Frühstück gefunden hätten. So musste ich ein Frühstück bezahlen, ohne zu frühstücken. Habe ich in meinen 30 Jahren Dienstreisen noch nie erlebt. Schade.

Wandertage
Wir waren zum Wandern im Osterzgebirge. Das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt war hervorragend. Day Essen reichlich und schmackhaft, ebenso das Frühstücksbüffet. Auch preislich absolut in Ordnung. Zimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick und ein sehr freundliches Personal. Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten zum Abendessen einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert, die Aussicht ist auf Grund der prädestinierten Lage wunderschön. Das Essen war nicht empfehlenswert und der Service richtig schlecht, kein Besteck am Platz... dieses musste zweimal extra angefordert werden, weder wurde Wasser noch Wein nachgeschenkt. Wir kommen nicht wieder!
