Wunderbares Zimmer, sehr schöner großer Balkon gut ausgestattet. Gute Matratzen! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl da der Empfang bei Ankunft bereits herzlich ist und man sich wirklich willkommen fühlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und versucht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen und hat jederzeit ein nettes Wort parat. Kulinarisch würde ich behaupten ist sowohl für den Gaumen und besonders für das Auge pures "Wellnes" angesagt. Die Auswahl ist schon ein Erlebnis und das Frühstücksbüfett ist traumhaft. Der Kosmetik sowohl der Physio-Bereich sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Nun möchte ich noch hinzufügen das ich bereits 14 mal im Hause Wunsch mal alleine mal mit Freundin war und ich immer wieder gerne komme da die Qualität gleichbleibend sehr gut ist.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und komfortabel. Die Verwöhn-Halbpension und die Anwendungen kann ich nur empfehlen. Was mir nicht gefallen hat ist die Handhabe mit den Saunatüchern. Man bekommt vom Hotel zwei Saunatücher zur Benutzung. Jedoch soll man diese immer mit ins Zimmer nehmen. Falls sie Frische wünschen, legt man die Benutzten im Bad auf den Boden und erhält friche Tücher.. Besser wäre es, die Saunatücher im Thermenbereich zur Verfügung zu stellen. Und bitte auch richtige (lange) Saunatücher. Es gab Duschhandtücher und meine waren auch schon ziemlich verschlissen und hatten auch Flecken. Geht für mich leider gar nicht. Ansonsten war alles top, sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Zum 6. Mal war ich nun im "Mürz"! Es war wie die vorigen Male einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, doch es wird stetig daran gearbeitet, es in Form zu halten. Die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, das wirklich exzellente Essen und eine fröhliche, freundliche Atmosphäre im Haus bereiten mir schon Vorfreude auf den nächsten Aufenthalt im Herbst. Die Sauberkeit der ganzen Anlage, das Thermalbad und der Naturbadeteich lassen keine Wünsche offen.

In diesem Hotel muss man sich einfch wohlfühlen. Der Name Wunsch ist Programm, die Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich hilfsbereit und super nett. Neben Wellness und Kosmetik ist die medizinische Versorgung mit Therapien im Haus von großem Vorteil. Die Thermal- und Wellnesseinrichtungen lassen einen zur Ruhe kommen, das angebotene Programm ist perfekt auf die Bedürnisse der Gäste abgestimmt. Vielleicht wäre die Reihenfolge der Aktivitäten manchmal noch zu optimieren. Toll ist, dass am An- und Abreisetag das volle Programm bereits genutzt werden darf.

Die Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel waren wechselhaft. Sehr negativ empfand ich, dass das Hotel schlechte Bewertungen auf Google einfach löschen lässt. Vermutlich über einen Anwalt. Das Vertrauen ist daher weg. Schade eigentlich. Der Wellnessbereich ist hübsch.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten zum Abendessen Wienerschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. Leider waren so gut wie keine Bratkartoffeln am Teller sondern nur Zwiebeln.

Wir waren hier als Paar für 4 Tage über Weihnachten. Wir hatten eine Suite; sie war schön, das Ambiente und der Wellnessbereich sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, und das Essen war sehr lecker. Insgesamt empfehlen wir das Hotel sehr gerne weiter. Wir kommen wieder! Augustina P

Service Top, Einrichtung dringend überholen!
Service, Freundlichkeit und Frühstücksqualität Top! War zufällig kurzfristig dort. mit 95 € ein Schnapper da Sauna. Aussenteich, Whirlpool vorhanden gewesen ist. Bett war zu schmal und die Einrichtung müsste dringend renoviert werden. Ich finde Teppich im Hotelzimmer mega unhygienisch. Bad, Saunedusche etc mega in die Jahre gekommen. Verstehe nich wieso man Corona nicht genutzt hat das zu renovieren. Schade!
