We were very happy to stay on this hotel. Actually we liked everything - rooms, very green and beautiful surroundings, helpful and friendly staff (though not everyone had a good knowledge of local information). Breakfast was fantastic and very pleasantly served. Free entry to thermal pools and saunas was of great help and the underground passage to them was a bonus. Any minuses? Yes! I would completely ban SMOKING in the hotel. Our balcony in the first room given was right over a smoking place of the restaurant personal and of course smoke went straight to us! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room with a straight access to a beautiful garden, but again - when our neighbour was smoking in a terrace, the smoke was with us also. Other than that everything was really very good. Michell from reception managed to solve all our problems and did a lot of enquiries for us. Thank you very much. Definitely we will come back.

The room with balcony is very comfortable. Easy walk to the thermal spa through an underground tunnel. The front desk offers great help, especially I don’t speak Germany. The room services, the breakfast and the kindness of the front desk staff exceed our expectations!

Positive Empfehlung leider nicht nachvollziehbar
Es wollte dieses Mal wahrscheinlich einfach nicht sein… Bei Ankunft um ca. 19:30 am unbesetzten Empfang hat es mindestens 10 Minuten gedauert bis ich überhaupt wahrgenommen wurde obwohl es an Personal nicht gefehlt hat, es waren keine einfache Parkmöglichkeiten mehr vorhanden, die Strukturen sind teils recht veraltet. Und dazu vor Allem den recht ‘sparsamen’ Umgang mit dem Begriff ‘Service’… schade! Aus meiner Sicht den Preis leider nicht wert - ich war nicht unglücklich, dass ich nur eine Nacht geblieben bin.

Frühstück könnte etwas besser sein
Kein Obstsalat mehr gegen 10.00
Lactosefrei Milch auch Cappuccino. Weinpreis passt noch. Weißwein Temperatur zu warm beim Flaschenwein. Aber mit Kühler dann auf Temperatur gebracht.

das Essen war hervorragend, wir haben gut geschlafen aufgrund der guten Matratzen und der ruhigen Lage. Der direkte Zugang zur Therme ist super. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.Wir haben null auszusetzen

Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein. Wenn man auf Toilette sitzt, kann man schlecht hinein, bei Notfall kann es schon sehr schwierig werden rein zu kommen. Personal war sehr freundlich.
