Man hat sich bemüht.
Service im Frühstücksraum könnte freundlicher sein.
Atmosphäre wie in einem Sanatorium.
Treppenhaus-penetranter Geruch.

En dépit des mauvais avis lus, qui m'ont fait regretter ma réservation, ce fut une belle surprise. Accueil souriant et rapide. La chambre, pour une personne, est petite, mais avec un balcon, et extrêmement propre. La literie est confortable. Un petit chocolat sur le lit en guise de bienvenue. Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est complet et les produits sont frais et bons. On ne se sent pas gêné par le personnel et on peut revenir trois fois dans la matinée, ça passe crème. Aucune surveillance donc. Check-out aussi facile avec la possibilité de laisser la voiture plus longtemps dans le parking privé, si on le souhaite. Le bar - "restaurant" est à considérer comme un bar. Le cocktail était délicieux, la dunkel Weizen aussi, mais la pizza, c'est clairement du congelé et ça ne s'appelle pas "snack" pour rien. Merci, I'll be back.

Selten so schlecht angekommen und übernachtet Check In Prozess sehr mangelhaft. Hatte bereits bei der Buchung angegeben, dass ich nach 20 Uhr ankomme. Keine Antwort. Am Anreisetag angerufen: "kein Problem, gehen Sie an die Bar, die hat die ganze Nacht offen". Bei Ankunft - NIX. Notruftelefonnummer angerufen - ja, da gibts Code für Schlüsseltressor. Nett zu erfahren. Im Zimmer angekommen - Eiskalt. Innen = Aussentemperatur. Es ist Januar im Schwarzwald! Notrufnummer: da kann man nix machen. Ich hab nach Decke gefragt (im Bett nur dünne Sommerbettdecke) - "tut mir leid, da ist im Hotel keiner mehr da, warten Sie mal halbe Stunde." Es ist jetzt Mitternacht und eiskalt und keiner zuständig. Krass. Kann die Bewertungen anderer Gäste (v.a. zu den Zimmern) auch nicht bestätigen. Eher alt und abgewohnt. Also, von meiner Seite definitiv keine Empfehlung.

Schade hat es nur 1 Person gegeben über das neue Jahr. Er war komplett überfordert. 1 Personal war viel zu wenig schade..Zudem hatte es an Musik 🎶 gefehlt. Letztes Jahr war es besser..Ansonsten nahe zum Bad. Und nahe zu den verschiedenen Restaurants.
