Wir waren hier für eine Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag. Das Zimmer (Superior) war sauber und ok, Bad in Ordnung für die Kategorie. Das ganze Hotel ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Aufzug aus den 1970ern) und rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Da gibt es bessere. Die größte Enttäuschung aber was das Essen. Frühstück ist auf Ketten-Niveau, da bekommt man in einem 24hours Hotel bessere Qualität und Auswahl. Die üblichen Wurstscheiben, fettiger Lachs und Obstsalat aus dem Gastro-Eimer. Alles Gastro-convenience. Am Abend gab es Buffet, hier wurde es noch deutlicher, dass alles TK Ware war, Hühnchen, totgekochter Fisch, Gnocchi. Nachtisch (ohne Witz): Wackelpudding, rote Grütze und ein Kuchen. Das Publikum am WE ist sehr gemischt, um es freundlich auszudrücken. Knast-Tatoos beim Nachbar am Frühstücksbuffet sind keine Ausnahme. Ich nehme an, das liegt am kurzen Weg ins ******.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und fachkundiges Personal. Top Sauberkeit und es hat einen wunderschönen Garten, reichhaltiges Frühstück, einfach top. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen :-)

Bathroom was very dated and not very clean. The guy on reception was very unhelpful- didn’t explain how to get through the barrier to enter the hotel with our motorcycle and didn’t explain what was available to eat in the restaurant or where the swimming pool or facilities were - we found out that information from the lady in the lift who was cleaning, who was very polite and helpful. Would not recommend this hotel!!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppel-Zimmer hat nichts mit einem Comfortzimmer lt. der Beschreibung zu tun. Es lag im Erdgeschoss in einem Innenhof mit einer Hecke vor dem Fenster und war trotz Sonne dunkel und düster mit alten Möbeln bestückt. Die Bilder bei der Buchung weichen erheblich von diesen Zimmer ab. Das Bad war sehr klein, das Waschbecken lag in einer Nische direkt an der Tür, Ablagemöglichkeit nur auf einem Plastikhocker unter dem Waschbecken, das passt keinesfalls zur Beschreibung barrierefrei oder rollstuhlgerecht. Wir haben ein anderes Comfortzimmer der gleichen Kategorie unserer Freunde gesehen, daher ist der gleiche Preis für Comfortzimmer für solche Unterschiede absolut nicht gerechtfertigt!
Einzig, es war sauber und zum Glück kein alter Teppichboden vorhanden.

In Bezug auf Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider eine Enttäuschung. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist eher modern und wenig luxuriös gestaltet. So wie in den meisten weiteren Hotel-Bereichen ist dort kaum etwas vom charmanten Flair zu sehen, den man aufgrund der schönen Außenfassade der klassizistischen Spielbank vermutet. Größter Minuspunkt sind die nicht klimatisierten Zimmer, in denen die Hitze steht. Lediglich ein kleiner Tischventilator ist zur Kühlung vorhanden. Insgesamt ist die Zimmerausstattung einfach aber passabel. Der Pool ist sehr klein, sodass sich höchstens 3 Personen darin befinden können, ohne sich unabsichtlich zu nahe zu kommen. Das macht den Wellness-Bereich leider sehr unkomfortabel. Das Essen ist in Ordnung und wird als Buffet serviert. Das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist äußerst zügig und freundlich
