Super Hotel eingebettet in die Natur, direkt vom Zimmer kann man mit dem Bademantel in die Therme gehen .Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Narzissenprinzessin Suite bekommen, diese besteht aus einen Wohnraum mit 1 Kühlschrank und einer Sitzgarnitur, 1 Liegesessel, 1 Nespressomaschine und einen Schlafraum, Bad, WC, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nur Frühstück und dieses hat viel Auswahl geboten bzw kann man dieses auf der Panomramaterrasse mit Blick auf Dachstein geniessen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen

Super Frühstück, super Zimmer, super Spa und sehr freundliches Personal. Deshalb sind wir gleich 1 Woche später wieder angereist und genießen das wunderbare Bad Aussee.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Therme, sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen. Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig. Es gab auch Prosecco zum Frühstück. Sehr schöne Zimmer und großes Bad. Man konnte auch schon um 8.00 zum schwimmen gehen.

We were looking for a last-minute-stay in the beautiful Ausseerland. After a visit to the Spa with Saunas and hot spring pools, we had a great dinner in the restaurant. The room on the ground floor was generous and had a terrace with direct access to the surrouding pastures. As we wanted to watch a movie in bed, the swivel tv-mount was much appreciated, as this setup allowed for very comforable positions. An energizing morning run completed our stay. We certainly recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer war gegenüber anderen Hotels groß mit seperaten WC. Aussicht auf die Berge war von meinen Zimmer Top. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war zwar im Restaurant sowie im Bistro eher teurer, aber dafür die Portionen auch üppig. Also nach der Suppe war ich schon fast voll. Die Saunalandschaft war die beste bisher. Mit 5 Saunen und Aussenpool und dann die Aussicht auf die Berge Top! Leider ist das allgemeine Thermenbecken und Aussenpool eher klein gehalt.

Wir waren schon öfters im Hotel und genießen unseren Aufenthalt immer. Das Abendessen ist immer hervorragend bei aufmerksamen Service. Die, bei Buchung, notierten Wünsche und Reservierungen werden umgesetzt und beachtet. Sehr fein. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Bathhouse catering: Lunch as a day guest. When asked for an extra pastry to go with a semolina dumpling soup with strips of vegetables, a square, sweet yeast pastry was brought out! It was served as a side dish to the soup. When asked if there were any other pastries available, such as rolls, pretzel sticks, etc., the waiter replied: "I have rolls, nothing more!" And this from a kitchen that apparently also supplies the hotel restaurant. "Enjoy our high-quality culinary offerings during your relaxing stay," the website promises. With all due respect, every sausage stand has a larger selection of pastries. This forces you to bring your own snack the next time you stay as a day guest. It's a real shame.
