Wir waren als Paar mit kleinem Hund dort. Der Empfang war top, wir konnten bereits kurz vor 15 Uhr in unser Zimmer. Diese war von der Aufteilung toll. Sogar an ein Hundebett mit Näpfen wurde gedacht. Leider bekommt man wahrscheinlich als Hundebesitzer oft die älteren Zimmer. Das war hier auch so. Das Bett und die Türen sowie das Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Alles noch nutzbar, aber man könnte dort wirklich Preisabstufungen machen.

Das Ambiente, gerade jetzt zur Weihnachtszeit war toll. Die Kneipe/Bar ist eine absolute Empfehlung, vor allem mit dem Wirt. Leider wurde uns an der Rezeption die falsche Uhrzeit für den Beginn der Veranstaltung genannt, was stressig war.

1. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend 2. Hundezimmer liebevoll vorbereitet 3. Toller SPA-Bereich 4. Flurteppiche in keinem, guten Zustand! Das Hotel ist ideal im Ort am Schloss gelegen. Eine Vielzahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Hübsches kleines Städtchen. Hübsches Hotel. Aber… Der Wellnessbereich wird bei der Buchung beworben (Full-Service Wellnessbereich). Allerdings werden dafür weitere 8 EUR fällig. Auch für Gäste. Schade! Kann man das nicht gleich beim Zimmerpreis berücksichtigen?! Personal lästerte oft deutlich hörbar über den/die Chefs und diskutierten „Anweisungen“. Als Gast will man das nicht hören. Frühstück für 22 EUR an der oberen Grenze. Wurst- und Käseangebot sind die üblichen „Verdächtigen“. Nichts besonderes. Besonders gut waren die Brötchen. Ein echter Lichtblick. Danke für frische Bäckerbrötchen! Grundsätzlich war der Aufenthalt angenehm bis auf die ein oder andere spezielle Situation (wie beschrieben). Ich gebe dem Hotel gern eine zweite Chance.
