We hadden vooraf gereserveerd en bij het maken van de boeking duidelijk aangegeven dat we om 23:00 uur zouden aankomen. We hebben hierop geen enkele reactie ontvangen van het hotel dat dit een probleem zou zijn – dus gingen we ervan uit dat dit gewoon mogelijk was.
We hebben een rit van 7 uur gemaakt vanuit Praag, met een baby van 4 maanden. Bij aankomst rond 23:00 uur bleek er niemand aanwezig, er was geen deur geopend, geen code achtergelaten, geen enkele instructie of contactmogelijkheid. We stonden in het donker, buiten, met een huilende baby en geen idee wat te doen.
Dit is extreem onprofessioneel en totaal onacceptabel. Als late check-in niet mogelijk is, had dat duidelijk gecommuniceerd moeten worden. Er was geen enkele empathie of ondersteuning.
Dit hotel is absoluut NIET aan te raden – vooral niet als je reist met een kind of afhankelijk bent van duidelijke communicatie. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug.

Een fantastisch hotel, waar werkelijk niets aan ontbreekt. Kamers luxe, moderne techniek in een klassiek jasje. Gratis minibar. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Gelegen in een heel oud dorpje met vakwerkhuizen, boven op een heuvel. Tegenover Schloss Landau.

整體太棒了，復古的精緻，屬於一座莊園內的一個獨棟，歷史悠久，周圍還有可能是獨棟出租或者富人度假區，周圍很安靜，雖然建築歷史悠久，但設施還比較新，暗含科技感，卻不突兀，非常適合度假，下次還會選擇。
