Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Empfang ist freundlich, Aufzüge sind vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind sichtlich alt, Flecken auf den Holzmöbeln, Bad alt, aber funktionierend, mit Badewanne. Balkon und -Türen mit alter Mechanik, due aber tadellos funktionierte. Balkon mit 2 Stühlen und Tischchen zur Strasse. Das Schwimmbad ist groß, Zugang zum Freien, aber leider öffnet es erst um 12.00 Uhr. Saunabereich hat ebenso einen Retrocharme, aber ist großzügig gestaltet. Das Restaurant am Abend hat einen Außenbereich unter Bäumen. Leidet mussten wir eine ganz Stunde warten, bis unser Essen kam. Wir hatten Karten für die Festspiele und somit nicht ewig Zeit. Das frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet auch für Laktoseintolerante Joghurt. Parkgebühr beträgt 5 €.

Old building. Not modernized rooms.
No coffee maker or kettle in the room.
Also no bottle of mineral water as a welcome.

Das Personal und der Service ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war aussergewöhnlich groß und mit einem Balkon ausgestattet.
Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, hat aber leider keinen Flair. Die diversen Räume waren schlecht gekennzeichnet und es lagen auch keine Handtücher aus. Auf dem Zimmer gab es auch keinen Bademantel und auch keine Wellnesstasche.
Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, allerdings bis auf den Fahrstuhl ins Wellness,alles funktionstüchtig.

Ich kenne das Hotel schon lange und schätze es sehr. Doch nun muss es tatsächlich endgültig renoviert werden-Vintage ist hier nichtmehr angebracht. Man fühlt sich nichtmehr wohl.Der Zenit ist überschritten, auch die Sauberkeit leidet. Nicht nur das "putzbare" wie auf meinen Fotos, sondern auch Teppiche, Lampenschirme und Möbel sind fleckig. Das gehört alles schlichtweg auf den Müll.

Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen - und das Personal, insbesondere am Empfang so gar nicht Kundenorientiert - Eine positive Ausnahme waren die netten Damen am Frühstücksbuffet bzw. in der Hotelbar.

Das Haus und deren Zimmereinrichtung veraltet. Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer alt , durchgesessen und für leicht ältere Personen völlig ungeeignet.
Fernsehsender mit massiven Störungen an verschiedenen Tageszeiten.
Dusche müssten ebenso ausgewechselt werden. Zu alt und fast nicht schiebbar die Duschwände. Eine Konzepte Weiterempfehlung auf keinen Fall , auch unorganisierte Aussagen.
