Eurotel is a good hotel for the price you pay. Breakfast was kind of disappointing as you would expect a buffet breakfast knowing that they have a coffee shop to cater to the buffet breakfast. Not much choice in the breakfast menu if it is included in your room rate. The plus point is that the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, hot water in the shower. Overall experience was my stay was enjoyable at Eurotel Las Piñas. Eurotel can improve their breakfast.

The Good: 1. Price point - This is an affordable, no frills, simple hotel. 2. Clean room - Being a rather new hotel, the room, bathroom, bed, hallways, etc are still very clean and well maintained. 3. Pleasant staff - People are generally nice and helpful here. 4. Location - Located in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang. Molito is just nearby. The Bad: 1. Basic necessities such as a water kettle, glasses / mugs, basic toiletries are not provided. Not a dealbreaker, but it would be nice to have them all in the room. Neither Good Nor Bad: 1. There aren't that much amenities here, hence hotel was able to drive the prices down. The Verdict: Would love to be back to stay here for future work-related stays, if needed.

so far my place i stay was really ok.. o can rest peacefully cos no noise from outside.

Very convenient location since we had to attend Snoh Aalegra’s concert in Filinvest Tent. Check-in time took quite a while but the staff are very courteous and helpful. Pool area was good and the room was huge could actually fit 4 people. Bakery downstairs had really good pastries and the hidden bar was cool.

This place has very nice people but if you get hot easy do not stay here until you check the A/C. It’s obvious when you feel the air blowing of it will eventually cool the room down and there was no way it was going to get cool so I left didn’t ask my money back or anything and got another room and the only other thing I think it’s located horrible you’re in the middle of nowhere no grocery stores around other than Asian stores if that’s OK with you that’s fine. I’m just used to being around 7-Eleven or something like that.

We were hesitant to book at first due to a lack of reviews, but our experience exceeded our expectations. This accommodation deserves an honest review. We stayed for 2 nights and found it easy to access, with friendly staff. Omni Dormitel is the best budget option we have tried. The Chinese staff member, likely the owner, was very professional and quickly shared helpful information like the Wi-Fi password and nearby stores. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage. It felt like home. The lighting was nice, but the TV did not work well. The air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Our only concern was security since the room lock was broken, but we could still lock the door with a key. Despite outside noise from karaoke at night, we did not hear much inside the room.

The property is clean but lacks a lot of things which we found during our visit as under: 1. The lady all-in-one staff at the property lacks hospitality skills, she speaks to the guests as if they are doing a favor by giving a room to the guest for the tariff they are charging. 2. The property pictures look beautiful but the reality of the surroundings outside the property is sad. The property is good. The property is far from the city centre and transportation is a bit of a challenge. 3. We booked for a single standard but due to oversight we booked the room with a shared toilet upon reaching the property when we realized our mistake we were told that if we needed an attached toilet then we had to upgrade the room by paying additional Php.300 which we agreed but later we realized that the lower end room had TV but this upgraded room is without TV. 3. The property shows a ”Kitchenette: in all rooms and the pictures on the property listing also show cooking utensils, a kettle, and a microwave but we did not find the cooking utensils and we were told that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and we should not use the microwave oven also too much. refer picture. 4. There is no wardrobe in the room. A small clothes rack is provided which can accommodate only two towels weight and anything more than that will damage the rack itself. There is no luggage storage space as mentioned in the listing. 5. No towel hangers or any kind of racks or hooks in the bathroom for clothes and towels. Refer picture. 6. We were provided a pair of slippers of two different colors and different sizes, refer picture. 7. Listing says 24-hour check-in/out but we were told at the property that check-in/out is at 2 p.m. and left before 12 noon. 8. Last point is that the property is very far from the main city center and there is no proper food & beverage facility around the property at least for 5-6 km radius. I wish to inform the property management to take the above comments in a constructive manner and work on them and make changes to the listing and also look at improving upon the points and not take them otherwise and reply as they have done to many comments here in a very unprofessional manner. I have been a hotelier myself for the past 34 years and our first rule always was ” The guest is always right”. It is a motel with many garages and stairs to the second floor. The room has 2 doors, and there is a table between the doors to facilitate the waiter to deliver things. The room is quite big, but the facilities are not complete. I need a kettle (including purified water, kettle, glass, coffee cup, coffee, etc., it is a set) The bed was quite big, and it was only covered with sheets, so I asked for a blanket. There is a special reclining chair, which is formed in one piece and is quite comfortable to lie on. There are tables and sofas similar to those in a fast food restaurant, but there is no power supply nearby. There is a streamlined dressing table at the door of the bathroom, with a hair dryer and a power supply, so I can barely work there. If you agree on the time for breakfast in advance, it will be delivered directly to the room the next day. If you don’t ask, no one will bother you or clean the room. I don’t have a room card, so I might have locked it myself when I went out, and asked the waiter to open the door when I came back (I didn’t understand Filipino English very well) Cockroaches were found in the room. Summary: The room is large, the service is order-based, and it is suitable for people with cars.

I wonder how the lifeguard can hear the screams of drowning children when he's sitting next to a speaker blaring out the most aweful songs at pile-driver volume. This is the sixth or seventh time my wife and I have stayed here, but we always say it will be our last. It's super convenient for us: close to the airport, her family in las pinas and the leafy suburb of Alabang (and the chocolate sourdough and Firehouse pizza of the Crimson Hotel. They seem to have now given up on being a real hotel. It's always puzzled us as to why the hotel always seems empty but there are always really noisy families on all sides of our room. This trip I checked out other floors and they were in darkness. The hotel is also clearly targeting families: the pool was packed with kids and adults who couldn't swim, making it a very unattractive proposition until they escaped the midday sun. i've nothing against families, but if you're trying to be an international hotel and charging close to HK rates per night, the last thing guests want is thousands of screaming kids at breakfast, ruining the ambience etc. It's kind of a race to the bottom now. The ”gourmand” restaurant is NOT. the mignon restaurant on the top floor has NEVER been open. Now they've shut the sports bar -- where we used to go to play pool. The staff, god blees 'em, haven't been trained properly, the management are clearly hopeless and they have no sense of how to retain guests, You'd think after staying there half a dozen times, their CRM system would twig that it's us -- the couple that drops a few thousand pesos every night in your crappy bar! Here's a good indication: when asking the staff (on our last visit) for a san miguel beer, i wass told they didn't have any... er... there's a 7-11 over the road, get off your **** and buy one. In any event, we went upstairs to the at-the-time-open bar and guess what? they had loads of san miguel. It's a bit like Fawlty Towers... but not funny. It it wasn't down the road from her family, we'd stay in the Crimson or another nearby hotel. In fact, trying one out this weekend. Will let y'all know how that goes.
