Bac Ninh Tien An Hotels

I got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

After staying for two or three days, the hotel started to make Christmas decorations, which was quite early. There is a tea place. The hotel said it is a public part. You can go to make tea and talk. The Chinese at the front desk is good. I don’t need translation software anymore. The room is very clean and has no smell. Room 1 and 6 is highly recommended. It is quiet. big.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

The rooms are spacious and equipped with high-quality bedding, air conditioning, a smart TV, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle – thoughtful details throughout. The rooms are also well-soundproofed, ensuring a good night's rest despite its proximity to the main street. Notably, all the hotel staff speak Mandarin, ensuring seamless communication. Their warm and attentive service is helpful, patiently assisting with everything from directions and ordering food to other needs. The hotel also offers daily housekeeping, laundry services, and 24-hour hot water, making guests feel right at home. Overall, considering its location, ambiance, and service, this hotel offers excellent value for money in the Bac Ninh Chinatown area.

Check-in was quick, the room was spacious and bright, the mattress was very comfortable, the price/performance ratio was very high, the environment was also good, the room was clean, it was the first choice for staying, and I was satisfied.

The room is big and comfortable. The bed and quilt are new and considerate. It is quiet to sleep and clean. It is just right for a business trip. They help with laundry. The receptionist can speak Chinese and is easy to communicate with. It is more convenient for shopping and eating. We are all Chinese living abroad and it is very convenient to travel. This is a hotel worth recommending.

The street is a bit noisy, the hotel does not have breakfast, this is expected to be improved

The hotel is located in a quiet area amidst the bustle of the city, with a peaceful atmosphere and convenient dining options. The room has an automated central control system and is brightly lit. The bathroom has a massage shower head, making for a very comfortable bath. The front desk lady, Yuying, was kind and friendly, speaking fluent Chinese and English. Upon check-out, she even received a complimentary Vietnamese bird's nest, which was delicious. Highly recommended!

I must praise the service of Songpin Hotel! The staff gave enthusiastic guidance from the moment I entered the door, and the check-in was efficient. During my stay, the aunt who cleaned the room carefully sorted out the items and replenished the small supplies. Once I forgot to bring my charger, the front desk immediately helped me solve it. It felt so good to have a response to everything 👍 The environment and facilities are also online, the experience is superb, recommended!
