The facilities were clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great, and the air conditioning was weak.
The breakfast fruit was so crowded with flies that I had to pick it up with tongs and then put it back down.
I broke a toothbrush holder in the bathroom, and when I told the receptionist, they charged me an additional 200,000 VND.
They also charged me 200,000 VND for lost card keys.
I didn't want to ruin a pleasant trip, so I left after paying, thinking it was my own fault. It was a bit much, but I felt like I was being ripped off with the amenities.
