衞生一般，漱口杯子沒有洗乾淨，牙刷掉滿嘴毛，廁所味道很大。
靠近馬路，窗户不太隔音。
服務一般，前台看人很冷淡，不太笑，看人下菜碟入住的時候有人收按金有的不收，退按金的時候不承認收過，不是我保留了按金單，按金還要不回來；洗衣服務可以，洗完乾燥後疊得很整齊送回來。
設施一般，網絡還可以，電視是三星的，用遙控器操作比較複雜。
這個酒店應該是生意不好換了很多老闆，酒店裡邊設施的名字叫得很亂，酒店招牌叫維也納皇家酒店，裡邊的服務卡上印CD-HOTEL，房間的網絡又叫希爾頓酒店xxx。
