The hotel is located in a remote area, but there is a hotel shuttle to WCTC in the city. This time, since I rented a car, transportation was not a problem. The three days in the hotel were really pleasant and peaceful. The hotel facilities are very new and the rooms are good, but the air conditioning is a bit lacking. The hotel staff were also great, smiling and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel

We stayed at Palau Sunrise for five days in June, and it was exactly the kind of break we were looking for. Life had been pretty full-on, and this place gave us the space to slow down and just breathe. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, and mornings were our favorite—coffee on the balcony, waves in the background, and no rush to be anywhere. It felt like time slowed down. The staff were great—friendly, easy to talk to, and one even shared some local tips that made our trip even better. Palau Sunrise isn’t fancy, but that’s what we loved about it. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We left feeling refreshed and would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at this resort and it was everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive — always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. Special shoutout to Rose from the front desk, she was very helpful. The ambiance of the entire resort is calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. The room was very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed for rest. I especially loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view — absolutely breathtaking! Everything about this place made me feel at ease. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of.
