Schöne alte Villa, Garten ungepflegt, wäre sonst wirklich schön, Gastgeber freundlich auf eigen zugehend, kleines Frühstück - ok Tomaten Mozzarella Marmelade Honig... Zimmer gepflegt und schöngestaltet, jedoch 53 Stufen im engen Treppenflur bis zu den Zimmer

I had a great stay here, the owners are very kind people and make you feel at home. I found the room quiet and peaceful and enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings overlooking the garden. Lots of interesting places are walkable from the hotel. Would recommend!

Helaas is ons verblijf bij Villa les Palmes op een teleurstellende manier geëindigd. Na ons vertrek ontvingen we een bericht dat het beddengoed en matras zwaar vervuild zouden zijn door een klein ongelukje van onze jonge zoon. Hoewel we begrijpen dat dit ongemak heeft veroorzaakt, vonden we de toon van de communicatie niet gepast, zeker gezien de hoge prijs die we hebben betaald. We hadden bovendien al €50 vooruitbetaald voor een volgend verblijf, maar na deze ervaring besloten we daar vanaf te zien. Ondanks meerdere beleefde verzoeken hebben we hierop geen enkele reactie meer ontvangen, en het bedrag is tot op heden niet teruggestort. De accommodatie zelf is ernstig verouderd. Hoewel de kamer schoon was, zijn de voorzieningen gedateerd en toe aan renovatie. De gastheer was vriendelijk en deed zijn best ons te helpen, maar sprak nauwelijks Engels, wat de communicatie bemoeilijkte. Al met al zijn we teleurgesteld in hoe deze situatie is afgehandeld, en zouden we Villa les Palmes niet opnieuw boeken of aanbevelen aan gezinnen met kinderen
