The room is spacious with the garden facing the window. Friends who like to be close to nature can be determined. The height of the toilet seat is very difficult for Chinese people. The overall level is relatively reliable

The room was dirty, dugusting nothing done about it while we were there. Bathroom had mold. Breakfast had to ask nearly every morning for cups, spoons, plates, bowls, tea and bread.

Fantastisch! Prachtige kamer, fantastische locatie waarbij je zo mooi buiten kan ontbijten en dineren bij mooi weer. Zulke aardige mensen en goede service, de manager laat zich ook zien en helpt ook mee in het primaire proces. Enthousiaste man.

De ontvangst was goed en vriendelijk . De kamer op zich heel goed en ruim 1 heel groot nadeel geen airco maar een ventilator die je niet moet laten draaien s nachts . Heel veel lawaai . De kamer was dus heel warm ook s nachts waar we beide ramen helemaal open zetten . Zou zeggen ontvangt uw klanten op dezelfde manier ook al boekten we via outspot . Vonden ons zeker benadeeld is dat omdat het iets goedkoper was . Ontbijt was meer dan genoeg kregen de eerste avond 3 gangen menu en ook die was zeker genoeg en smakelijk qua bediening zeker geen opmerkingen . Wel de eerste nacht veel lawaai van rokers aan de voordeur denk dat daar wel iets mag aan gedaan worden . En de ramen stonden open door de warme kamer . Dus gezellig was anders . Dus voor ons qua kamer een dikke buis

Wat gebeurde hier zondag 22-6? Wij stonden niet aangemeld bij de receptie, niet bij het avondeten. Foutje van de receptioniste. Er was een onderbezetting in het Bedienend personeel. Totaal onervaren serveerden zij uit, maar waren zich totaal niet bewust van zijn of haar omgeving. Keken de hele tijd naar de grond. Om 18.00 uur hadden we gereserveerd, om 20.30 uur hadden we nog geen koffie/thee. Eenvoudigweg omdat ze naar de grond liepen te kijken en niet letten op hun gasten. Echt slecht!!! Avondeten ook duur voor wat je krijgt. Echt hele kleine porties, zijn we niet van Fletcher gewend. Prachtige omgeving en hotel, maar het personeel heeft echt een leidinggevende hand nodig.
