Very good location in a very beautiful region, surrounded by nature in the middle of rice terraces. Spacious room. Nice pool but they don't provide towels for the pool (we had to take the bath towels provided in the room). The dinner is excellent for a fair price. However, the breakfast is average…

Great place in the heart of Pu Luong. I remember the care shown by the owners of the residence, homeliness, attention to detail, beautiful views from my window to the rice hills, delicious local cuisine, which I had not tried before. The residence has everything what I need to enjoy outdoor recreation with comfort. My time was very high quality and I will definitely come back here.

One pleasant surprise in the middle of rice fields and wonderful surroundings. Genuine nice hosts. Daily trips are fantastic, just to mention the ingenious water mills village and river ride experience. Guides are available on call and they speak good english.

Beutiful new place, the owner is so kind and helpfull took care for everything we needed.

Chambre spacieux, matelas confortable. Petit bémol sur le lit d’appoint dont le matelas était vraiment très dur (ne pause pas de problème pour un petit mais notre ado de 16 ans n’a pas trouve ça vraiment confort) Le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a même une dame qui parle bien le français. Le restaurant est bon. En ce qui concerna la piscine… un peu vieille. Nettoyée régulièrement ( nous les avons vu faire) mais au fond il y a une bordure en bois un peu délabrée qui donne un aspect d’eau trouble. Le revêtement de la piscine est également à revoir. Nous y avons passé tout de même un agréable séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay at PuLuong Luna! The staff was so kind and helpful. The resort manager Anh helped arrange a tour of the area and transportation back to Hanoi! The view from our room was simply stunning! Make sure to preorder dinner ahead of time so you don’t have to wait. We really loved the steamed fish in bamboo, had it two nights in a row! Highly recommend.

The hotel is too rundown, the room smells musty, when asked, the owner was very enthusiastic to change the room for the guest, but the upgrade still charged the guest 300k more, then the owner should not use this sentence in the future, in general, if you want to improve the service, you should review the way you talk to customers, by the way, even though it is rundown, you should clean up the surroundings of the resort.

Very nice wooden hotel. Spacious and clean room, with a balcony next to a rice field. It has a very nice pool. We had dinner there and everything was very tasty. Varied menu with duck, pork, chicken... I also appreciate how clean everything looked. The staff was very friendly.
