Het is hier prachtig! Een heel rustgevend resort en hele lieve mensen die je overal mee kunnen helpen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de kamers zijn compleet ingericht en helemaal van bamboe. Je hebt alles bij de hand. Ook het restaurant bezorgd heerlijk eten. Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon is ook mooi, je zit letterlijk tussen de rijstvelden en verderop zie je de bergen. Je kunt ook een trekking doen vanaf het hotel naar de grotten en langs dorpjes.

We booked this hotel based on the positive reviews, but what a disappointment! We had chosen a suite overlooking the rice fields: while the room was decent and the view pleasant, the experience itself did not live up to our expectations. The hotel is located on the side of a road, and the real problem was that, just below our room, renovation work was taking place. The noise of drilling, a generator... an infernal racket! When we asked to change rooms or to stop the work, the manager told us, without the slightest apology, that they had to do it to be able to re-let the room. No sense of hospitality or customer service! Suffice it to say, our experience was completely negative, and we absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Moreover, the infrastructure clearly lacks maintenance: the swimming pool, for example, has a potentially dangerous floor covering.
